Anyone on a DMP with CCCS?

Just a quick question here.

Do you all make your payment to them on the 1st of the month?

I have been told my DMP is now set up, and as above, they will take my first payment by direct debit on the 1st.

I'm not being ungrateful, but now I have a new basic bank account, I'm trying to get all my essential d/d's taken out as close to the 15th (my payday) as possible. Having the CCCS one come out is a bit awkward when trying to do a new weekly budget planner!

I'd rather they took the money either 2 weeks later, or two weeks earlier, not slap bang in the middle!

Like I said, just curious to see if they take everyone's payment on the 1st of each month making it easier for them?

Im pretty sure that it has to be the 1st. Thats when they told me mine would start. Good luck with it mate hope it all goes well.

You can make the payment to them on the 10th of the month if you prefer.

We make ours on the 10th but I think that's the only other date option I'm afraid.

Anyone access their DMP online with CCCS?

They said they would send me a letter with a password but nothing has come.

Its hard for me to keep calling them as they operate 8am to 6pm, and thats when I'm usually on my way into work, then coming home

No privacy at work and they haven't answered my email/s, but I know they are swamped....

Hi Rochdale_Guy! My OH accesses his CCCS DMP online - no problems with it at all. You can call them and ask them to call you back, at a convenient time, if that would be easier. Best of luck with it - my OH has never looked back.
