The main problem I have with the coop, regardless of the customer service, is that the high prices seem to hit the people with the lowest incomes worst, the people who can't drive (the younger or the elderly) which rely on the local coop for their bits as they can't just pop to the local supermarket,
Me and my other half don't drive, and if we forget anything from our supermarket (Aldi, of course!),we spend a fortune grabbing it at the coop. grr!
