Nice link Jojo. I've bookmarked it!
I've come home from work and gone for one of my new MUA Love Hearts varnish, in 'U rok'. It's a really nice dark lilac colour. It took 3 coats for a really thick coverage but in all honesty I could have got away with two if I'd paid more attention to my application. Only £2 for a 6.8ml bottle.

I have a very un-impressive collection as i have only recently redisocvered the joys of painting my nails. Yesterday i had a spending itch and just really wanted to buy something frivilous and indulgent - I plumped for a nail polish - Chanel Orange Fizz and I love it. Also got a models own greeny metallic with my boots points.
I'm now after a silver holographic glitter if anyone can recommend something good - happy to pay between £5-£10People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

I use vaseline rather than tape for water marbling, I find the tape too fiddly.
Current nails:
Craft glitter with clear nail varnish (after a tip on here!) rather than a coloured polish. It's super sparkly, I love it :j:j0 -

The Barry M clear nail varnish with silver glitter in it is amazing! I have in on my toes now! Only £2.99 I think as well. Will finish painting them and then try to post a pic.September Grocery Challenge £0/£2250 -

According to a reviewer the colour is Suzi Loves Cowboys which she described as "drab" but I suppose it's a really good price if you are after the other two items.
I've just seen an Essie colour that looks lovely - Island Hopping. Help think, I'm moving onto loving purples after getting Vampsterdam.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

This is the OPI Warm & Fozzie (which I posted a pic of earlier this week) with the Barry M black crackle over the top...
Jojo...thanks for the link to nailsmag, now I've got a new reason to neglect the housework, so much stuff to look at on there!
VALM...I daren't look at QVC today.
xoxo...when you use craft glitter can you get it smooth or does it stay a bit rough?0 -

Thanks for the heads up, but staying strong, recently bought Matt Nail Envy, LD Life's a beige NP and Seche Restore, so will keep hands in pockets ATM!
Crystal files:-
I started with a glass file from local chemist, liked it much better than emery boards, but dropped it and broke in two. The LD crystal ones are so much better, I carry smaller one in case in handbag, then got the large one as part of a set, this lives on bedside cabinet. I bought another of the glass ones and keep for my toe nails, as problems with my joints make cutting them difficult. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. I got it smooth with about 4 layers of clear NV over the top. I'm dreading trying to get it off :rotfl: But it hasn't chipped yet and i've had it on about 4 days now so it's all good :j:j0 -
