I have used loads, the best for me were Burts Bees and Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream, but, don't laugh! I have just ordered Lansinoh Sore Nipple Cream - which the MUA nail board girls are raving about - multi tasking or what?;)
I will keep you posted - cuticle use only.
Cheers! I will be interested to hear whether the nipple cream works!0 -
I made the mistake of going into Superdrug in my lunch hour and ended up buying four of the new MUA Love Hearts nail varnishes. They were only £2 each, but still!0

I've got ascalon on today it's beautiful isn't it. if you like holos (i am slightly obsessed!) have a look on ebay for some of the china glaze omg or kaleidoscope collections, they rock (and dry within seconds it's mad!).Starrystarry That colour looks lovely!
Elisebutt65 Yours look so cool!
Tokkiandoliver I love the splatter design!
I also have a nail blog which I've just started, so won't share the link just yet!!
I find my nail polish usually chips within a day, whether I use top coat or not. I think that's more because at work I'm constantly dealing with keyrings and covers and allsorts; they don't really have much of a chance!
Mine are kept in a combination of a set of plastic drawers I got from Wilkinsons, and makeup bags with pouches. I'd like one of the wall racks, but I'm worried I'd give myself a heart attack if I saw them all together :rotfl:
Finally on a PC so got the last few days nails (oldest first):
China Glaze Sexy in the City
Orly Fowl Play
A England Ascalon
I'm totally in love with Ascalon, it's my first proper holo I think *looks dreamy*
I daren't count my polishes, I probably have over 200. I'd say my favourite brand is probably china glaze, great colours and reasonable prices. I do also love A England though, the colours are amazing and it goes on really well too.
I traipsed into town with the husband and baby last saturday to check out poundland in the hope they had some of the sally hansen hd polishes in cos I love duochromes and there were none :-( Probably a good thing really as I think the mr will go a bit bonkers if I buy any more. I think I might have to get a few of the china glaze eye candy collection pretty soon though, blonde bombshell, material girl and some like it haute make me squeal a little bit!0 -

Where do you buy them? I have a couple I got on ebay, but they weren't cheap. The shops near me are useless, they only have the mainstream cosmetic brands.0 -
Do you have a Sally's beauty supplies shop near you? I get them there. I used to think they were trade only but they're open to the public too. I also get them from ebay, there's a seller I tend to use in america as even with postage, if you're buying a few, it works out pretty cheap. That's where I tend to get the non-current collections from. Not sure if I'm allowed to mention specific sellers on here?0

I'm wearing a nice silver colour now. I got it for Christmas as a gift set of 5 polishes - Wilko's Edge range.0

I had a sort through all of my polishes today and have stored them in smaller boxes (glossy boxes) 169 in total, not including the ones on their way from QVC, which I actually think isn't too bad!
I seem to have been bitten by the nail polish bug again, but as long as I'm using them I don't mind too much. I really have to have some A England ones, I'm not interested in any other brands collections at the moment so thats good at least!
