I love my Helmer, but couldn't pick it up if there was a fire!!
Seche Restore is a lifesaver, Sally Beauty used to sell it, but I have not been to one for nearly a year. I usually search *bay, find the best deal with a 100% rating. I firstly bought the normal size, then later found a great price on the salon size and refill original from there.
I used to spend a lot of weekends away from home and used one of those vanity/travel cases for all my manicure stuff, the polishes and treatments, remover etc stand upright and the tools, cotton pads etc in a makeup bag plonked on top. If you don't mind retro as opposed to current and cool, you can often find them in charity shops and car boot sales. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. I finally got proper storage yesterday when I popped into Muji. Got some of the paper drawers
I also counted the and I have about 130 colours (oops). I need one more drawer to pop on top as my tools don't fit in properly
And here's one I did earlier (lol)Noli nothis permittere te terere

I'm addicted to nail polish too! I have about 60 or so.. I really want one of those posh nail polish racks.. acrylic ones you see in salons! Would look really nice on my wall! I'm particulary interested in purples it seems.. that is my favourite colour after all! What I love is bargain polishes I pick up for 99p or £1 and are just as good as the ones full price. I was in the factory shop yesterday looking at all the cosmetics and they had a rimmel lycra pro for £1.. and then popped into superdrug was £4.59 for exactly the same one! I also was in beauty base (really bad place to go if you love nail polishes) they had tons for only 99p and £1.99 and picked up about 8! Nice quality though!
I REALLY want to try Butter London but they are 12.50!!! I like Nails Inc but sometimes get them on QVC in sets cheap. Leighton Denny is terrible I agree! I heard also that OPI have changed their formula and taken an ingredient out that affects the durability.. and now it doesn't last as long and they have put up the price!!
I talk about nail polish a lot on my youtube channel if you want to check it out: https://www.youtube.com/bellabeautyblogs0 -
I found that with the Barry M one unless the polish was still almost wet when the crackle polish was painted on it didn't "crackle".
This is it over green. I didn't much like the effect so I haven't done it again
Also try covering the nail in broad even strokes and don't go back over it
Is that the croc effects? I was in Superdrug yesterday and they had a crackle and croc effects.. didnt buy any though. Good colour combo!0 -

If you google it, there are several online shops selling it, but the best place to buy it is sally's, it is only like £4 vs. £10 online. Hope that helps, if I see it for cheaper, I'll emaiil youNo Buying Unnecessary Toiletries Challenge

I wanted to try the Butter London when I got back into NP a few years ago, but the concensus from all the nail blogs at that time was that the wear was terrible.
Like makeup and skin care I think NP might be variable on different people, I am fine with Leighton Denny, not good with Chanel, some OPI great, others not and I hate the caps for holding the brush on Nails Inc, although I have several because of their great colours, try things and see for yourself I say.
I seem to have a thing for purple too!The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -

It was bought when it first came out - I thought I was buying crackle. Was the croc available then?
Unfortunately I no longer have it to check. I knew I wouldn't use it again so I gave it awayGood colour combo!
