    Starrystarry That colour looks lovely!

    Elisebutt65 Yours look so cool!

Tokkiandoliver I love the splatter design!

I also have a nail blog which I've just started, so won't share the link just yet!!

I find my nail polish usually chips within a day, whether I use top coat or not. I think that's more because at work I'm constantly dealing with keyrings and covers and allsorts; they don't really have much of a chance!

Mine are kept in a combination of a set of plastic drawers I got from Wilkinsons, and makeup bags with pouches. I'd like one of the wall racks, but I'm worried I'd give myself a heart attack if I saw them all together :rotfl:

Finally on a PC so got the last few days nails (oldest first):

It's a small company set up a year ago, and it's only available online (free delivery) http://a-england.co.uk/

I have Galahad and Morgan Le Fay by her too :)

    Right ladies...

In my attempt to look more feminine, I need some long lasting and hard wearing nail varnish. I work with children so subtlety is a necessary, as well as quick and doesn't chip in seconds....Also need masterclass on preparation and application.

I could not face listing all my nail varnishes, but I took some photos. I do have some others that I couldn't find. My China Glaze and Bourjois ones seem to have gone walkies. It makes me worry that I will find another stash of nail varnish somewhere in my flat!

Here is my OPI collection. Most of the minis were bought recently with clubcard vouchers :T

Pinks and reds. I don't know why I have so many as I am not massively into pinks and reds! Yet, there are other colours I don't have at all!

Blues, greens, gold, silver and blacks/greys.

Pinks, reds, purples and nudes. More pink and reds - arg!

Such cheery colourful pics, just makes me want to smile. I started a list yesterday, but only got about 10 items on out of 200ish, so if I continue it will be a LHJ:o

  • Why am I taking the children to theme parks when I could be using my clubcard vouchers for OPI!

I'm wearing a Rimmel fruities in strawberry fizz on my toes. It's meant to smell of strawberries when its dry but I can't get my nose near my toes. No finger varnish as I'm working this week. I might do a subtle French polish though if I get the chance.

@Elfen - practice makes perfect! There are already lots of good tips about nail prep, but start simple and progress to fancy nail art in the future if you fancy. Be warned its addictive.
  • Has anyone used the buyapowa website before?

I've just ordered two Nails Inc magnetic polish from there (kensington palace and London town). Worth a look as the more people buy, the cheaper it is.

Link for nail varnish is (hopefully) http://www.buyapowa.com/ref/ZH4RBL I'm not techno savvy!
