Please be very careful buying 'MAC' brushes from Ebay. I'd say 95% of those listed are incredibly good fakes. Unfortunately because they are fake, the bristles are dyed with the cheapest thing going which isn't great when its going on your face! I've read way too many stories of people getting allergic reactions from them. Maybe you got lucky and managed to get a real one but if other people read your post and think ooh I'll get a MAC brush from Ebay, please PLEASE be aware just how bad the situation with fakes is on there.0 -
Morocha & Suki (sorry OP that I am crashing your thread, I just have one quick question) - how often do you wash your brushes??
I use mineral make up and I also got brushes with it - a year ago now - and suddenly my skin is not as flawless as it was since I started using mineral make up and I am wondering whether I should try to wash the brushes as it might be the reason?0 -
OP I use Max Factor Mascaras and I love them. They definitely don't dry out after a month - more like 4-6 months.0

I wash mine weekly. I use a pure detergent, rinse well, reshape and leave to dry naturally.0 -

Well, I am going to wash my brushes tonight and see... I didn't want to wash them too often to make sure they don't loose too much bristles, but I think I left it too long now...
Thank you0 -
I use mineral make up from www.eyeslipsface.co.uk
Prices are great, which is always good if like me you fancy trying out a new look but dont want to waste loads of money. Their kabuki brushes are £5 and I personnally cant fault it.

Hello There
Body Shop are very good. Not filled with talcum and extra bits you don't want just pure mineral and great colours which you can build and build to get definition. You only need a little. Yes I suppose body shop products are a little more, but I think you get what you pay for at both ends of the range. Good Luck.
