Hmmm... I wouldn't be so sure of that as the fact is that the evidence is already documented (as I have a hard copy) and your agreement to not hide your IP address is entering into a contract. Maybe you should have read the T&C's of this website before hiding behind (so called) anonymity. By the way, I am also a JP but I'll leave that up to you to research what it means.

Why would I care? You obviously think it means something in the context of this thread.

BTW, a JP would ~probably~ know the difference between the word "deformation" and the word "defamation".

Hmmm....I really don't think that's an excuse for a defense or something that could be used as mitigating circumstances. Maybe you ought to seek legal advice?
