I rang them last Wednesday and was told it would arrive within 10-12 working days, So I'll give it until then.
To be honest it's only this forum that's making me suspicious....

Are you really saying that you - who apparently know nothing about the internal workings of Mansion - are assuring this person that their TV is ready and waiting for them?

How do you know this? I can understand how some people acquire brand loyalty, but this seems to be stretching that beyond a limit that I've ever seen.

He is merely stating that the TV exists as he has received one and also advised him to contact them so how you managed to twist that into him practically being the managing director of Mansion TV is beyond me. You seem to want to argue about everything he posts on here. Check his parcelforce number out, he definately received one and mine is checking out the same so i feel pretty confident that a TV will arrive tomorrow but if it's any good is another matter.

I'm not trying to say that he is the MD of Mansion.

But how can he give an assurance that Mansion will - for example - not have run out of what stock they have before getting their item delivered?

I don't see why anyone would try to make such an assertion.

I wouldn't waste my time with him...he obviously craves attention.
