Mansion 23" led tv

I wouldn't waste my time with him...he obviously craves attention.
Perhaps I do. But did you address the question?
Why do you feel confident to assure buyers here that they will get what they ordered? The (apparent) fact that one person did is surely no guarantee that others will.
What makes you so sure about that?0 -
jockeybull wrote: »He is merely stating that the TV exists as he has received one and also advised him to contact them so how you managed to twist that into him practically being the managing director of Mansion TV is beyond me. You seem to want to argue about everything he posts on here. Check his parcelforce number out, he definately received one and mine is checking out the same so i feel pretty confident that a TV will arrive tomorrow but if it's any good is another matter.
I think you can see...as I do...what you're dealing with on this site.
I've no doubt Mansion are sitting back and having a good laugh about all of this while they're finally shipping goods.
He rants and raves about me being up late at night (as if my movements and affairs were any of his concern), yet here he is at 3am still trying to condemn everything that is said without offering any information of his own experience in business or his expertise in any subject.0 -
Just countless false accusations, twisting what has actually been said to the extent that he edits his own comments into other peoples comments and not prepared to accept any other interpretation but his own.
He is lucky he's anonymous because (in any other circumstances) I would be instructing solicitors.0 -
So what is your answer to the question?
Why are you confidently assuring people that they will receive what they have paid for?0 -
Do your employers know that you spend your working hours posting on-line? I can guarantee you that if you were one of my employees you wouldn't last more than a day before I would personally escort you out the door.
You're obviously just out to cause problems.
I really am beginning to think that you are not only psychotic but also psychopathic.
But none of that answers my question.0 -
I am certainly amused to read all this stuff - KJEG seems to be up to 69 posts now. I hope he's managed to solved his technical problem and that the Mansion logo hasn't dropped off yet. May I add one more little point of real experience: if you look at their website, you will find about half a dozen positive feedback comments. I posted a negative one at the time and it appears nowhere. I wonder why...
Why would anyone want to spend all this time to defend a an outfit which is taking money from lots of people without delivering anything, telling lots of people lie after lie and making excuse after excuse - even if there might be 1 or 2 exceptions to that rule? How can anyone try to defend the indefensible?0 -
Bloody hell! The TV, 32", has been delivered. Now to see whats in the box. Will post findings later today and will take photos so if anyone wants to see what they look like, i'll email them if they wish.0

Thanks to all for such an epic and highly entertaining thread so far, wow!
I am not one who usually signs up to these types of forums, but I felt I really needed to on this particular topic.
Now for a sense of equilibrium - this website is very reliable and beneficial to all because it allows people to speak freely and openly about their chosen topic(s) due to the fact that its users have the ability to remain anonymous. If users were not given anonymity, then we would not profit from their honest thoughts and opinions, which I have found very helpful.
As for Mansion TV - where do I start?? I crazily ordered my 32" TV from them mid-March and still have no TV to show for it!As most people on this forum, I've called and emailed them on many many MANY occasions and have been given the same spiel over and over again. The most frustrating thing is the fact that they do not answer their phones for much of the day and it is pot luck if you even get through. I have been told it will be delivered this Friday after speaking to someone yet again this week. Annoyingly, this is now the fifth week I've been told this. So I'm not getting my hopes up. After reading this thread I am seriously considering cancelling and seeking my money back - luckily I paid using my credit card so if I don't receive a refund from Mansion TV themselves, I can seek help from my credit card company.
What I can't understand is that some people are prepared to defend such a company who, on average, have taken over a month to deliver their products, if at all! The Mansion website freely advertises next day delivery. Not to mention all of the other discrepancies discussed here already, and headaches they have caused people thus far. Their customer service has frankly been shocking and the fact that they have bare-faced lied to me and many of their other customers for weeks on end should not be tolerated, let alone defended. If any other company (new or long-standing) provided this kind of customer service it would be ridiculed and people would be warned off as a standard default response. Therefore, I am doing the needful to save others from making the same mistake that I have...
Please please PLEASE, for your own sanity AVOID AVOID AVOID MANSION (UK) TV!0 -
Definitely something fishy about some of the posts on here. KJEG protests too much.
I certainly wouldn't put my neck on the line for a company with no track record of distribution and maintenance of television products, that lied to me and didn't deliver my order within the allotted time frame.
Their ability to stay in business should be based on their reputation.
Certainly if I were chasing my order I would be using the Freephone number linked to Red Saunas, rather than incurring additional costs.
Their extended warranties appear rather inexpensive. Have they a technical department or will they simply replace like for like?
Personally, I would stay well away.
Look at this CV. One company after another dissolved or in the process of liquidation. Now it's Luke's turn.0
