Just an update, I am having more good days than bad :j I have been strict with my vits and yoga and have managed most days even when felt like i've been poisoned and my body is aching. It definatley made me feel better.

I've had more energy than i can remember. I do think its a culmination of exercise and vits, my diet is not that bad, ok some days it is but generally healthy, 9 times out of 10 its homemade. Don't eat my five a day though :o

Killing stress for me with exercise is helping beyond my expectations, so i think vitamins etc can work better now my stress is low, don't get me wrong we have lots of stress in our lives at the mo with finances etc but i'm dealing with it loads better.

Even my persistent itchy rash on my forehead has calmed down and i had really sore dry skin behind my ears and this has nearly gone. Plus my depression is lifting and i actually do feel positive some of the time :)

Also not craving caffeine to keep me going, i read somewhere that its akin to flogging a dead horse, but it used to wake me up. My chronic neck pain is nearly non existent. Plus my neurological ailments have eased up a bit, still getting the fog though.

I've had terrible hip pain though the last four days and feel it may be things shifting in a good way. Yesterday i remembered about alkalising the body to help it heal as our diets are so acidic these days.

I used to drink lemon and baking soda mix that helped, so decided to neck one yesterday and my hip pain this morning is a lot less and i had more usable energy last night and slept well. I even forced my mum to drink one, she also has energy issues and she felt better and said she is going to drink it twice a day.

Heres the info on alkalising remedies http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/alkalizing_formulas.htmlhttp://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/alkalizing_formulas.html

    I'm determined to win ;)

Thanks for the vote of confidence people.

No i wouldn't say its a drink to sip :D I just neck it down as fast as i can.

I think me making an effort on a combination of things is doing the trick whereas before i focused on one thing to help and it never seemed to, long may it continue :j

Hope everyone who struggles finds their way soon.

That's fantastic news-it sounds like you had to have a long hard look at what you were eating and excercise i think i need to do that as my baby steps method isn't working.

I think you do have to be kind with yourself, as i have tried stuff many times over the 9 years i've been ill and given up because I've felt so exhausted and ill.

This time though i feel i turned a corner when i supplemented with b12 as i had lots of neuro problems and was actually scared it was MS. But this is how it can show itself if you have low b12, so for me since taking this has helped me get to grips with exercise and feel a bit better to try.

Not saying this is the case for everyone but it seems to have been my axis for change, all's i can say is thank god for google :D

Still early days and don't want to crash but i feel different this time and can see changes.

    Good luck x

ive joined weight watcher as my weight was creeping back up again ive lost 4.5lbs this week but was sooooo hungry but hopefully as my tummy shrinks and i get used to it next week will be better. Drank a lot less booze this week-hopefully i'll keep it up as im sure loosing 2 stone will make me feel much less tired. At the meeting the leader got us to carry a bag which was a stone-it was so heavy no wonder im knackered carting the equivalent of two of those around all the time!!
