I don't suppose anyone has a copy of the original claim for do they? (monitor bought on 30/04/07) Can't find it anywhere.

Anyone else still waiting for their cheque?

Chased it up and eventually got an email response on 14/06 saying I will have the cheque by end of next week so yesterday in theory, but nothing.

Today I get a letter from HP/Outbound apologising for the dealy saying HP are aware and they are working hard to resolve the matter and to ensure that all customers who applied will receive payment ASAP.

Why they sent the letter and no cheque is beyond me, when not just send the cheque as well they are already late as it is.

Think my business in future may be going elsewhere.
