Due to me not cancelling the order with dabs  they've just sent me another one!

As I don't want it I'm at a loss as what to do.

I think you have a right to return it, but you will have to pay the return postage. Try logging into your Dabs.com account and see what options are available.

Should have said I already looked at that.

It will cost me return postage so I'll have paid postage twice (£20.00)

Seems a shame to return it as I got it for the original price as mentioned on the first post about this monitor
  • Hi,
Just thought I'd point out that if you go to the store at https://www.hp.co.uk they're selling these for £170 inc VAT. Not sure what the delivery charges are - I subscribed to their email newsletter and got a code for free delivery and 10% off when I bought one last month.

The W22 from HP store is an inferior specification - picture won't be as good (according to reviews) but still a decent price at 170 with 10% off, no cashback though.
  • Really - I called HP when Dabs screwed my original order and they were selling for £245 plus vat...

Anyhow - has anyone actually got cashback yet - I have chased mine up 3 times now and always got a quick reply saying a cheque will be sent within the next week but nothing yet!
  • £189 ex vat from HP now - I paid £333 for a pair inc vat delivered so bargain if I ever do get the cashback!!

The spare one I may have to send back cost me £160 total.

My refund for the first one I have will be "here in 10 working days"

just to let you know that I (finally!) received my rebate cheque from this promotion this morning. It was for some equipment I had bought a couple of days before this monitor offer was posted so it's certainly taken a while, but I guess it lets you guys know that they are getting round to it and I'm sure your cheques will be arriving soon now.
  • Dougs - cheers yes got mine too!
