No worries with Vista, I have had it running from my main PC which is running Vista Ultimate over DVI and also from my XP SP2 laptop which is on a docking station and connected via VGA. Both are displaying well.

I ordered mine on Thursday morning on the cheapest delivery and it arrived lunch time on Friday. Ran a screen test and no issues not a single dead pixel.
