    Thanks DC.

I've been keeping my fingers crossed that they would drop the price again before the offer ran out. I've just picked one up for £183.83 Inc VAT. (Link in very first post) (£133.83 after deal).

Still showing as 18 in stock so I don't know how reliable their stock system is.

Price is now back up to £209, hopefully they'll honour my 'pending fulfillment' order at the lower price.

Can't decide whether to go for this or the something like the new LG http://www.microdirect.co.uk/(17213)20-LG-L204WT-Widescreen-TFT-monitor-DVI-5ms.aspx
or the 22" LG at Play for £199 - any opinions?

What is it with these monitors specced 1680x1050? Will 1080 make much of a difference?

Not on it's own. VGA or DVI inputs only.

Thanks martint123 but I really have no clue when it comes to tv's! What do you mean not on its own? Does this mean it has to be plugged into a pc? Aldo what does vga or dvi mean?

    Thanks

VGA & DVI are the connectors on the monitor. They are for connecting to a PC.
So the only way to watch TV would be with a PC connected.
