We're having a problem with the cashback.

Ordered 2 screens independantly on the 28th with HP store online, the order went through on the 30th, the screens were sent out on the 4th and the invoices a week later. Went to fill in the cashback form a couple of days ago and of course the invoices are dated the 4th.......

So we've rang the 0800 HP helpline number, but they just don't want to know, the invoice date can't be changed and they just refuse to talk about it and put you through to the promotions dept.......... which is always on answerphone, always leave a message and they never call back.

I've just sent a email to the CEO of HP, because I am so annoyed that I can't even get to talk to someone about this.

Incidently, we both got 5 years extended warrenty with our screens, when we filled it in and got the certificated back they both had shortened warrentys, check the date if you have done this. Yest again, this was reported and they were supposed to email us back an updated certificate yesterday morning, as yet nothing had arrived.

HP have another cahback promo running from 1/5 to 31st July, with £20 to £250 cashbacks.

In the monitor section casbacks of £20 to £40 on 19" only, still not to be sniffed at.

List and form here, hope it helps someone.

    Beer 2006,
Sorry to hear you are having probs hope HP relent, perhaps 247 would have been better with hindsight.

    Good luck dc

The promo debt finally got back to us, via email not phone. If we send proof of buying them before the end of the month, it should be OK. :)
    Hope so.

I did get the email ages ago but no cheque. Should I give up or is there a number I can call. It seems a shame to lose out on £50.
