Where did you get that from, Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) was made specifically for tablets. Android 4.0 is for both tablets and phones.0 -
I bought this to use as a stand and it is excellent for a £1!
Got it in dec and use it most days as it folds flat.
Have to admit I did buy quite a few to give to fellow ipad friends but saw a few still in stock last weekend.

That's correct. Android 2.0 was intended for phones and Android 3.0 optimised for tablets. Android 4.0 (ICS) combines the two strands and is intended for both product streams. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

It's about ecosystems. If you've already got an Android phone, buy an Android tablet. Login with your existing username, and re-download all your puchased apps that you've already bought. Buy an iPad and you'll have to buy them over again!0

Was just on the normal tablet page.
They don't sell it themselves, ordered through another company so assume they have no stock so pulled it from the site.
Not being apple and being customizable is why I bought it.
Micro SD, Micro HDMI on the tablet and a SD and USB on the keyboard mean I have good connectivity and can easily expand the memory.0 -
just to put my lot in.
If budget isn't tight it HAS to be the eeepad transformer (that said it's comparable to an ipad).
It simply outshines everything else, you can use it as a netbook (in effect) it has a good touch screen, so you can use it as just a tablet if you wish. Oh and the two units added together provide not only protection to the screen, but a total of 16 (I think) hours battery life.
If I were in the market for a tab, thats what i'd buy without a shadow of a doubt (that said, i'd wait to see if the windows powered one is a rumor or not first)0 -
darn, i missed the Motorola xoom markdown few weeks ago, hopefully it will come back again. . .0
