hope that today has been a better day for everyone. Was a busy day (and kinda frustrating sometimes) so am glad it is over with. I'm afraid the sum total of my OS today has been putting the washing machine on and making the tea.

Just made a vindaloo (paste was out of date, and prawns were yellow label) and was delish. Got some very cheap beer from somerfields, so all I need is a waiter to insult, and my night is complete.
Seriously, any bacteria that can survive that curry deserve to be the dominant species.

Hi again all

Still feeling [EMAIL="sh@@@e"]sh@@@e[/EMAIL]. Forced myself to eat again today. Spoke to someone else who had the lurgy over Christmas - took her 3 weeks to get appetite back. Hope to have a quick outing tomorrow to buy curtain hooks (I put the old ones out with old curtains when double glazing!) - now almost 3 weeks since friend making curtains so should be any time now! Had better be prepared. Also discovered that I have no nice guest bedroom towels so Dunelm Mill hopefully tomorrow.

I can't rember last time I was so ill I do so hate it!

As one Mum to another - we are always parents are we! Are you very close in location to Kyle? When you said you walked round the village it sounds like it. You must be very proud of her - she sounds gorgeous. I hope she knows how much we are behind her and hopes it gives her the strength to go on from this.

kyle - glad you have spoken to the dr, and will be seeing them soon, half the battle is admitting and addressing any problems, and everyone here is right behind you, and you have a lovely family supporting you too xxx

Ive had quite a good day today - managed to get lots of cleaning done, the 2 girls i look after in the holidays had a good time helping me do some cooking, and i got my 2 to eat brocolli in our stew - and they enjoyed it!!!! Just wish they would eat more veg, but now they have eaten it this way, i think i may blend some and add it to our mince next time i make spag bol or lasagne - see if they notice!!!!!
Im just waiting for the DW and WM to finish, then im going to bed, i never sleep well, and im hoping an early night, warm bed and a good book will help me sleep later.

Just managed to hang up this morning's washing in airing cupboard - just limping along.

What is happening to Gingham-Ribbon - with being out of the loop not sure what is all going on. Hope it is good!

Evening all!!

Gb the fence is 99% finished!! The last panel was delivered yesterday but council havent been to put it in and check it fits yet. They have made a great job on my side, even thought the witch complained and they had to change it, but my side looks great now but doesnt stop sound roll on summer partys the witch will hate me and crazychik!!!!

Been busy today lots of ironing done and cleaning up.

If you havent seen it yet there is a link on family board to someones first dance at their wedding, they do dirty dancing time of my life made me cry!!!Its amazing and very romantic!!

Gingham is having her baby at any time now - hopefully she and the baby are doing well, and we will hear some good news soon !!!!

that clip was on richard and judy today as were the actual couple.

they showed a few other good clips from youtube too. there were some giggling babies and the sneezing panda one!

DLB - glad to hear fence near completion. Maybe we should have a GB meet in your garden with lots of music, drink, karaoke etc etc . That would give the witch something to think about! We could put up tents in your garden and Crazychick's. That would give her something to complain about!!!
