Odd.....

I will have a box either ticked or not so that everyone else has the other way and I am not even aware exists.

It is not a major problem as I never even look at that part of the page anyway never mind use any of it other than to get from the home page to the forum, as far as I am concerned the page starts at the User CP toolbar and anything above that is wasted on me.

i think it looks fine fixed width its alot neater , if you dont like it go gather on another forum its really not a big deal

Site keeps crashing (and it's not just me!), slow to load and a bit of a disaster.

Can we have the old, unimproved version back?

Thanks MSE for this step backwards & alienating folks like me who now will not be able to use the site. I didn`t feel my poor eyesight was a disability but I now know just how that feels.

Clearly you have not listened to the majority of feedback anyway so I`m not sure why I even bothered posting this.:(

On the masthead design....personally couldn`t care less although it looks very boring now.

is there a reason you used this name to complain?

i wouldn't say the masthead is boring but then i probably care slightly more than you and will give the new look at least a couple of days

Not sure about the fixed width on my widescreen, I'm on 1920x1080 and the forum covers about a 1/3 of the screen in the middle! Going to have to stop maximising my windows if I stick with it.

You could argue that it's good this site gives you a choice, which is more than what the other sites do.

I dont like the fixed band thingy, I'm not techy and have no idea where to start getting it back to how it was (but I'll have a go now)
I also dont like the pic above, it looks smug, like some guy off an accident claim advert! (sorry)
