Oh dear Missrlr, what an awful beginning to your day - do hope it improved and Doglet seems more settled this evening.
((Hugs))
Looking on the bright side: It's Friday tomorrow.. Will try and blow some sunshine your way for the weekend.0 -

Doglet is officially NOT WELL. Cue A BIG BILL on the horizon. Ho hum. My poor little darling boy is just all meh and my goodness me his bottom stinks! Given he is not really eating this is a bit of a shocker.
DH has an ISA with slush fund in it and I made the first payment to the mortgage to clear this!
Work is, well work - trying hard to remain focused and productive. This is an on going battle ....
Stage 3 of the journey now starts, we have done debt (I don't count H@lifax as there is a long and complicated history and I resent the fact I was lumbered with this one so try to ignore this as far as possible), we have also done savings. We had a little sojourn to panick-ville via the Big R en route. We have decluttered, sold and recycled what feels like most of the house
I suspect we will be revisiting savings when something else crops up
Until then the mortgage is in the cross hairs and we must succeed!Start info Dec11

I am doing badly on the weight loss front, I have only managed to keep off 3lb from the start weight this year. I did manage to lose a lot more, was quite happy, but then a week or two of back in the bad habits means I am effectively back where I started.
Doglet and I are off to the v.e.t. today - poor puppy hound is not himself and his poor tummy is very sore so we are having scans so we can work out what the issue is (perhaps, last time we could not).
Thank goodness in the fervour of money saving I did keep the pet insurance although I do wish I had a lifetime policy for him, they didn't do that when he was a little 'un and he's far too old now for all that! Plus with his "history" I suspect they will refuse anything to do with digestive system now if I tried to change!
So my plan for a lie in was scuppered by Doglet reminding me I usually get up (like now get up, get up, get up, biff with paws, sit on head and grizzle, pull duvet off me - quite an effective alarm clock really) so I have done some housework and shock horror done some pampering of self.
Just time for a quick check of matters electronic and then we are off! Doglet knows something is up - I am getting the HARD stare from the duvet. Let's hope it does not rain, that will make driving there a lot more difficult than it needs to be.Start info Dec11

Good Luck at vet's; hope you get some answers and a treatment plan for Doglet that perks him up very soon! :smileyhea0

Doglet has a plan and had some acupuncture. And some stupidly expensive dog food so I think we will be home cooking from now on!
He is now asleep but scoffed his dinner first time in a week so all good there
I am shattered
