I am feeling as rough as a rough thing on a rough day in a rough storm.
Doglet is OK ish. He was bouncing like a mad thing when he came back but I think the antibiotics his is on don't agree with him.

Well I dosed myself to high heaven with anti histamines, this has been partially successful. Yesterday my eyes and sinuses were so bad I literally could not breathe or see. I hurt over every part of my joints and face. Hot and cold flushes. Doctor reckons combination viral and bacterial. So have antibiotics and some strong painkillers. Today was better. But I am beyond shattered.

Doglet seems (paws crossed) to be on the mend. 2 more days of antibiotics =end of those and others meds do seem to be having a positive effect. So 2 more weeks of these then a review.

No food in the house so will have to brave the supermercardo tomorrow. I also need to do something about
    1. Mobile
    2. Cv
    3. Course I signed up to
    4. General paperwork sort out and file away

Also need to sort ironing and garden a bit and get my eating back under some so of semblance of control.

Hum, well it appears the accountant had made a mistake and so there was no money missing. Credit where credit is due, she apologized. I have not decided whether I want the keys back yet.

Doglet made me feel so guilty this morning as he wanted cuddles and kisses but I had to run out the door for that horrible work type matter.

2 meetings back to back with boss so far .... he is in a odd mood. I am expecting the axe to come swinging down any second now.

Aside from all that still knackered and feeling groggy, but the sinus movement related pain is still there ....

 A written note on your file stating that you were completely exonerated after being falsely accused of dishonesty?

..Then what's written in your employment record might become very important.
Of course if you're wrong, extra remuneration for the responsibility of key-holding might be in order?

Oh good; very glad to hear Doglet's meds are having the desired effect - long may the improvements continue! :smileyhea

..Hope you've had time to enjoy lots of cuddles recently - help heal each other! ;)

I hope the medicine is kicking in now and you are feeling better. It's going to take a little while until you feel completely yourself remember! The lurgy is going to have depleted your reserves so it will take time to build yourself up again. Plenty of water, good food and gentle walking once you feel better!

Antibiotics kicking in well, 2 more days left then we shall see. I have managed a whole 6 hours sleep last night, but still need more. Am slowly walking Doglet round the block does help with clearing the sludge out of your veins I always feel.

Doglet went back to v.e.t. last night - he can stop 2 of the meds and keep on with the third for a while. Now to sort out diet as he needs more fiber so I am considering rice cooking, but he is so picky about it, after day 2 in the fridge he wont eat it so means this is an on going battle.

Was nothing on my written record as big boss man said it was codswallop and I wouldn't steal. As I was told any my annual review - your review is you are still being paid, that's lucky isn't it.

My weak point seems to be between 3 and 4 every day, I just need a sleep. I have always made a point about eating salads and so on for lunch so limiting carbs and so on, protein nice and high. Have to say though of an evening I just want ice cream to soothe my sore throat.

Even with these indulgences I was please to put a skirt on and realise that the waist was sitting on my hips and the zip was no issue at all! Checked and this was a fleabay bargain P3r Un@ jobbie so was not 100% sure of size, please to realise this was a 12! I am not feeling confident enough to try the gold standard trousers yet, but suspect the combination of being poorly and no alcohol or cheese (always make me snuffle) is paying dividends.

I have decided to rejoin the gym. I do get value for money as I do about 6 classes a week, and the other (cheaper) gym is just so yucky. There is a pilates and yoga class that I want to try as I think help with meditation and breathing will help me. Also as my life has now changed I can get to more classes by dropping by after work and before home.

There has been bad news on the lodger front, he will no longer be with us from 01Jul, we are considering another but really needs to be week only person as we have a lot of people booked to see us over the coming 6 weekends .... we shall have to have a discussion and see what occurs. The money is making a big difference at present so we do need to consider all matters. Might ask current lodger if he has any colleagues who want to rent the room during the week......

    Oh well onwards and upwards.

Thanks for all the positive comments - it all helps.!!!
