Your last message is too cryptic for me I'm afraid, hope you, Oh and rest of family are ok
As to lies, I'd probably tackle it by saying to that person, 'look you know this isn't true, you have evidence available to you to know that and I will not be listening to any more of this nonsense'

Hello Missrlr, :hello:
Unfortunately, think I do understand your last post.
Have been trying to pm you but a stream of visitors keep interrupting - so for now:
(((((Lots of Hugs)))))
Courage! [French] ¡Ánimo! [Spanish] ...Umm. Strangely, the English don't seem to have a single word which expresses this concept.
Good advice from Granny on dealing with  work-colleagues. I'd add, don't lose your temper!
..Tbh I admire you for being able to work in an office environment, I couldn't do it (even if health wasn't a problem). Would end up being incredibly rude and politically incorrect (aka 'honest'). Probably get m'self sacked in the first month, lol.

Hello world. So a few more updates.
First I did the whole of the study filing. And it was used and now I have a ever increasing pile of paperwork - there is a gremlin in the world that creates more than I can physically file unless I do it every day.
Matters financial are taking a battering .... two unexpected bills for the bike and one for the car (£180, £150 and £100) so not insignificant. And DH tooth at £550 (ahem personally I would have taken the broken thing out and be done with it)
Plus we have had to factoring an emergency trip - the C word has raised it's head. So although will be relatively cheap this is still £500.
And that dear readers is the end of the slush fund. It lasted a whole 2 months. Back to square one to rebuild that. Having it has been a relief but feel stressed about having to replace it and save for the 25Dec malarkey.
Right, back to work.Start info Dec11

And more woes, DH managed to flood the bathroom and kitchen last night, so we have to fund a new kitchen ceiling, bathroom floor and vanity unit.
In other news - the sun is out and I am nearly at the end of the working week ....Start info Dec11

Sorry for the lack of comms all - been running around like the proverbial headless chicken for the past week trying to get matters sorted for the impending trip and trying to stop the heamorrhaging of cash from the accounts.
Another breakage last night and the cost of getting the dog etc sorted for this trip, and although I am getting the money reimbursed we have to get a load of stuff to take with us to France. Just fed up with the constant issuance of money from my accounts. Feels like a backwards step to me.
Chances are I am going to be incommunicado for the next 10 days. Please forgive me?
Hope everyone has a good week or so!Start info Dec11

Thanks everyone, very difficult time here. Just need to be focused otherwise easy to slip into melancholy and tears.
Another blinking flood in the house. As if I need that. Floor completely ruined DH in a proper grump about it. By we can't really start to sort it. Pump on fish tank also broke so have to repair or more likely replace that!
