Thank you all for your good wishes.

I have had a wonderful day, the house looks like a florist shop, I have had some lovely pressies but best of all I have had all the young people here. I love to see them laughing and giggling and winding each other up.

We had a lovely carvery meal and then all back here for birthday cake and cupcakes and Himself has just taken them all home.

He is watching the GP, and then I think he might have a nap because he missed his siesta this afternoon.

I hope you ahd a wonderful day, and from your post above it sounds as if you have! Glad to hear it :-)

Relatively quiet weekend for us - although DH refereed 2 matches back to back on Saturday morning and then went to watch the men's matches in the afternoon. Gave me most of a day to potter about setting up my website etc. About 7pm I went to settle down with a G&T and my book, turned on the taps - no water! Fortunately it came back on a while later but not before I'd asked DH to get some from the supermarket on his way home.

Last night we had DH's nephew and girlfriend back with us as they finish up their travels around NZ. They're away again tonight and then we'll have them from tomorrow until they leave on Friday.

Socks still seems to be healing well. DH came home on Friday to the cat door having been taken off its hinges by Izzy, so we just had to let them come and go and hope she's OK. She doesn't really get up to much when she does go out so hopefully she's continue to be OK. Alfie has taken residence on his favourite blanket on the sofa and is almost impossible to persuade to move!

Right I'd best get onto some work,

FTM as Bigjenny says they are gorgeous. What precious little girls they are and very special.

The bedroom is beautiful and I have left a comment, the girls must be so pleased.

Well i have been whooshed off my feet with this that and the other..the girls room is done its just the finishing touches now..i have spent the afternoon re-painting picture frames.The girls received some Flower pot painting kits for Christmas and did those today..they will look lovely when done..we also watched Simon make a paper mache sun for our Solar System project..the girls have been working on it and then got ill so we had to abandon it for a while but they are back on to it now.
We had some time spare so we watched the newest Tinker Bell film..o my if you have littles get ready for a very sad ending..Iris was sobbing,Fern was crying and i had tears too..it took us a good hour to calm Iris down..we won't be watching it again..until she is bigger and i mean like 20..
Simon and Sam have been busy with the allotment and greenhouse..they have put some new grass seed down to extend the garden a little..we also moved the little bike shed up the garden which has created a lovely sunny seating area just behind the greenhouses..i have cleaned it up and put some chairs there..i have a small table that just needs a varnish and i have a little spot to sit and have a cuppa whilst watching the girls.

Andrea and the babies are doing just great..they now weigh 4lb 10 and 4lb 11..Esme is a relaxed little baby whilst Olivia is very much a baby who wants to be held all the time..Andrea has stopped breast feeding as she just couldn't keep up with them both..they have a formulas called Nutri-prem..thankfully they can get it on prescription until they are 6 months old which is a god send for them at the minute..

I am totally enjoying doing my blog..i love doing it and sharing my week and bits with everyone..
I have also been recruited to look after my GD's Hollie and Emma on Saturdays and 2 days a week during school holidays..not sure what has gone on with the other grandma for her to stop doing it but i am looking forward to having a houseful of little girls again..Fern and Iris are so excited to have them here and they all get along really well together..

Right i have to go and sort out my picture frames..need to pop the pics back in them so i can get them up..
