:( So why aren't they offering these forms in an 'accessible' format, i.e. downloadable so that those of us with problems with memory, concentration, planning, organisation, handwriting etc can fill them in on line, or at least electronically and submit via e-mail. People who don't have these problems can cope with being sent a sheaf of papers and filling them in, some of us just look at them and know we're going to ****up

I read a comment somewhere that saddened me to my core. (Here, maybe?) It was someone saying that he had agoraphobia and got forms through for his DLA which he could dutifully fill in but not leave the house to post.

I despair sometimes. I really do.

Speaking of forgetting forms, I've had these questionnaires for 5 months and I keep forgetting to fill them in. The doctor is going to think I'm a really crap parent! (CAST questionnaire for both children, and one about early development for the 6 year old).

I have been given 2 forms to take to the hospital twice in the last 6 months - one for blood tests and one for heart tests.

I don't know where any of them are and I STILL haven't had the tests. They're fairly important tests. I KNOW this. I still haven't managed to get it done.

It's impossible to explain to people what the problem is. If I know I should do it, why can't I just - Do It?

Anyone who's vaguely interested might enjoy this video.

That was a great clip and I saw a lot of myself in it. Fear of forms and procrastination. And clipping up a form I KNOW I need to deal with!:rotfl:
But if ever I stray from the path I follow
Take me down to the English Channel
Throw me in where the water is shallow And then drag me on back to shore!
'Cos love is free and life is cheap As long as I've got me a place to sleep
Clothes on my back and some food to eat I can't ask for anything more
