I aint sure were to go from here now, I'm finished, I will have no choice but to declare myself bankrupt.

Thank you for everyones time on here, like I say I'll pay the price for my mistake.

Just for the record, I was talking to a friend a few days ago, some lad he knew had 12 cans of lager drove home, knocked someone down (who thankfully were not seriously hurt) and got away with a 12 month ban and £180 fine and just to rub it in, he also does not even have to re-sit his test when his ban is up in 12 months time. Work that one out please?

That just flipping winds me up.

it is a drivers responsibilty to make sure they are insured for the car they are driving .

It is also the insurance company's responsibility to inform their customers they are cancelling the policy.

What does this mean exactly? Is your dad not able to lend you the money?

If you go to your employer factually and not with a dramatic, loser-ish attitude, there may be a slight chance that you could get an advance on your salary to get a driver. After all, they will have to cover your absence otherwise. Then shuffle and take some holiday. Birmingham should be okay. Keep calm and don't give up.

I cannot stand it when men get all hopeless, although I understand why you feel like it. You have a £25K job, you therefore must have the ability to take control of the situation.
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.
  • Can you not take some leave for few weeks or a month (even if it is unpaid)?
  • if he rides anything 50cc-125cc he will still need to apply for a license as classed as a motor vehicle and still declare any points incurred from whatever
