Did my Xmas shop today too at Aldi. £52. I'm very happy, my meat is already in the freezer (from the farm shop) but i got everything else today. Included wine and lager too !0

My Aldi was packed today and even with all the tills open, there were queues
They have Cup Shots which have all the same flavours as Mug Shots and at 33p are a fraction of the price. Will report back later if they taste the sameYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

Had a choc chip brioche loaf for brekkie this morning.
Definite winner.
I really don't think Aldi is working out that much cheaper for us, you know. All those things we denied ourselves in Tesco as they were too expensive - like Brioche loaf - are being bought when shopping in Aldi as it's so much cheaper!!!!!Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Over past month I have become convinced that Aldi beats Lidl hands down.
I still won't spend a fortune in either though, just because I don't buy much processed food. Mince pies being the notable exceptionValue-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
