Having learned that Tesco are now saving money by using their food trucks (instead of waste contractors) to transport rotting food waste, I'm even less likely to return Tesco!
High prices and the risk of contaminated food - what a toxic combination!

I love the hot chocolate sachets in Aldi.10 for 99p! 41cals a sachet. Also love the stuffed duck from Lidl, buy it very year. The stuffing is very tasty as well. Aldi do one but not quite as good as the lidl one IMO.0

i love the aldi salt and pepper cashew but the last few times I have been in there they havent had any. I have only tried one store and wondered if it was this store that had stopped stocking them or if they had stopped selling them

Tried some Aldi beer last night.
The stella lookalike is very drinkable - not stella, but good.
Tried their stubbies too - Brasserie Biere. Not so nice.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

We had one each today, lovely. Pastry just the right thickness and didn't crumble . Filling almost filled to the top and tasted lovely. The first thing DH said was" buy them again".My secret fantasy is having 2 men....

If they are the ones in the red box then they are very nice. Managed to grab one yesterday before the whole box went.
Aldi Amaretto is £4.99 and very nice. Managed to finish a bottle this week.0
