Yes, the store I went into in Huddersfield had plenty in stock, decided only to buy one even though we had 3 vouchers as we had very little room in the freezer.

Saw a new Toro Loco variety in Aldi today and decided to try it.It's a Bobal Merlot,never heard of that before. Well worth £4.49 though. :beer:

A downside to Aldi is when things disappear and staff can offer no explanation. I'm sure the reason is they can't source it for a good price any more but it still frustrates me.


Latest gripe is sliced runner beans, really enjoyed those for a few weeks, and still mourning the loss of Thai style fishcakes which DH enjoyed for years.


I suppose it's no different from other SMs but would really appreciate an upfront, honest answer.

Passatta has disappeared again from our store. They have left the label up with 'Out of stock' on it, but it has been gone for weeks.

Tried another of there Shudda milkshakes tonight, not very impressive for a 'Frijj' copy. Very thin and synthetic taste.

I agree maman, the little packs of sliced beans were lovely, and missed!

I love the pineapple cottage cheese, but I have to rifle through all the trays to find them.
