Just discovered Aldi's specially selected Muesli - the berries one. I don't normally like muesli, to me its like eating cat litter - but this one is really nice!
and DG2 tried the Pastrami and loved it - as do I! I fancy a Pastrami and salad wrap right now - but cant have one as DG2 has eaten all the Pastrami.0 -

Don't forget Aldi do not close until 10pm.

Just came back from Lidl Clapham Junction and they put in a checkout for baskets only with 3 tills. Maybe they will roll this out nation wide...
Aldi - take note! Ideally baskets and 10 items or less as you cannot carry 10 bottles of wine, pop etc in a basket without doing damage to your wrist or backThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Great excitement when I opened the new Aldi Special Buys leaflet today! As from Sunday they are selling Apice - an Italian Aperative - for £5.99. I am assuming this is a copy of Aperol (£14,99 in Sainsbury). It's my favourite summer drink of all time since I discovered it in Northern Italy a few years ago. Mixed in a jug with Prosecco, Soda, ice and orange slices it's my idea of heaven! Can't wait to try it and see how it compares to the real thing!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. Have you tried Lidl muesli the luxury ones in the green or blue bags? My DH swears by the blue one.
Quite possibly made by Dorset Cereals:

Personal taste, obviously, but Lidl have been doing these for many years, and they're infinitely superior to anything Aldi have. I've never found a better muesli, and they're fairly often on offer - sometimes at half price.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Just wanted to add that last weekend the Lidl offers on kiwis and chocolate ran out fast at my local Lidl, but I consoled myself with a bunch of tulips for £2. Changed the water this morning and am admiring them again this evening, they really do look stunning!
Can anyone recommend the dozen red roses?Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
