As I bet within 7-10 days later, you will have another cuisine. The ranges includes taco shell, soft tortillas, crackers and dipping sauces. Most of these dipping sauces are not available in Aldi.
Don't worry - you are in the vast majority and supermarkets will carry on happily celebrating you happily piling false multi-buys in your trolley. They will continue to cater to you. It is nutters like me who refuse to participate on principle who will have their diet restricted. I do miss fruit juice and bacon.0 -
You are still suggesting spending £3 where you could be spending £1.05. Anyway, most of the products are not £1.50 they are £1.15 - that makes the false forced multibuy even more of a swindle. Trivial gouging is even more annoying than significant gouging.

Most people plan their meals ahead. As they may include a Indian and a Chinese meal in the week ahead Plus you are not reading my posts fully. Many of these lines in the 3 for £3 are not available in Aldi. They just sell the boring lines like sweet n sour sauce Can you get satay dipping sauce in Aldi? Nope
My taste buds want more than sweet n sour and black bean sauce.
Plus I have had Aldi's poppadums and they were not nice. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Satay sauce is the easiest thing in the world to make. It's a fraction of the cost of the stuff in jars. And much nicer.0 -

I noticed this as well. As far as I've noted, it is the one item that has gone up in price recently and by a significant amount. It is even dearer than the chutney. Bearing in mind Naans have always stayed at 49p as well, these are well pricey.0 -

This is a great thread, but at the risk of stating the proverbially obvious, not everyone will like everything they purchase from L & A, and not everything L & A sell is guaranteed to be cheaper than elsewhere.
Having said that, there are more and more reduced items at Aldi, and presumably this is to put pressure on Morrison's price matching.
Latest reduction is 20p off Greek Yogurt and Low fat Greek Yogurt 500ml. (Down to 65p).
The only product I've noticed increasing in price is Basmati Rice, which was 99p the last time I bought it several months ago, and £1.35 this time.0 -
What pulses exactly have people bought/seen in Aldi and Lidl? I've seen baked beans in tomato sauce, kidney beans and that's it I think.
I've even asked about lentils and Aldi said they didn't stock them. They are alright but not as good as other places for vegetarians/vegans.0 -
Aldi have tinned chick peas.0
