We had Lidl's BBQ beef & Chilli kebabs last night and they were lovely although I usually have lamb. Might get them again if reduced and space in the freezer. Beautiful large Aubergines for 45 p . I always get the Feta cheese in either A or L, as it's considerably cheaper than at the big T or Ms.

Bought the specially selected Brioche burger buns from Aldi...OMG they are so nice, fluffy and buttery.

They also have a long shelf life - mine we were 10th June

I like Aldi's Granola Corner yoghurts. 6 pack for £1.79

Ooh that's good to hear as I bought some of those on Thursday to house their fresh minted lamb burgers for dinner tomorrow night.
Aldi's pork and apple premium sausages are fantastic too and better than the Sainsburys taste the difference equivalent IMHO. The kids love the popping chicken (frozen) in wraps with salad. They also do boxes of powder sprinkle meat marinades (4 sachets per box) in BBQ, Chinese and lemon and herb which are yummy (can be found above the freezers next to the condiments/stuffing. All the above fantastic for BBQ season if we get the weather! ;)

Does it cover greys? Mine seem to be super-resistant!

Sorry VfM, missed seeing this earlier.
I don't have many greys apart from in my fringe and it always covers them. They do look a bit lighter than the rest of my hair as my natural colour is a darker brown than the light or mid brown I use to colour.
The sachet of conditioner is really good as well and it's a generous amount.

Apart from Toro Loco red wine from Aldi (the £3.59 one if im right), any other wines I should try from Aldi and Lidl that are worth trying ?

The Aldi albarino is excellent, slightly more than the Loco range, £5.99, but it is a rare grape and bottles in other supermarkets are generally £8-12.

Will have a look for these. I would never think to put a burger in a brioche bun normally !

Aldi coconut milk - had a few tins now. Majority have been useless to use in our regular thai green curry recipe as the insides have separated and dont return to original consistency, whatever you do. We had sludge for tea last night...tasted good, but far too runny and looked like...well, you don't want to know what it looked like...

Aldi do a really nice Argentinian Malbec. It's at the top end of their wines price wise but still a bargain at just £5.49 (I think). I've paid double that for a less decent wine in other supermarkets.

The Pinot Grigio with the large grey label is also very palatable. That's less than £4 so another bargain!
