Aldi have UK-made beef jerky, 50g for £1.79 as a Specialbuy. Utterly delicious, much nicer than US imported stuff. Same brand is £2.49 on the company's (Laverstoke Park Farm) own website.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I tried the Carlos frozen Diavolo pizza last night from Aldi,
very thin base which I really liked and very similar to Pizza Express Diavolo
but tastes better in my opinion. Lots of toppings BUT I was shocked by how many Jalopenos were on it...nearly took my gob off
but I like spicy food..will deffo buy again0 -
A thought I just occurred to me.
I remember at school, in the late 80s when we brought in our packed lunches, we got teased for having Tesco or Sainsburys own label crisps and chocolate bars.
Do kids today get teased for having Aldi/Lidl brands? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
