We all have different feelings about levels of risk,my believe is that as long you do not reveal your details the risk is nil,we are all aware that no organisation is going to request your pass-words and to guess them is the same odds as picking 6 numbers for the lottery, and if they can do that ,they will not be interested in your account.Egg have the structure in place and has any-one so far been cheated by a hacker,I would be interested to hear about it.To be happy you need to make someone happy.0

It is idiotic that a financial institution, which ought to be acutely aware of fraud, insists on its customers using that conduit of spyware, Internet Explorer, when many of them are trying to do something about their own security by using different browsers.
By the way, if you use a Mac or Linux, you can't use Internet Explorer (with Active X) even if you want to.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0 -
Been using the Money manager at Egg for a couple of years with no problems at all. I haven't noticed an increase in spam from them and find it a great help in getting to my other accounts quickly and easily.

I received a disclaimer message from Cahoot if I used Account Agregation Services on Egg Money Manager. Egg did tell me that they (Egg) have no idea what you have in other accounts as they are protected by my passwords etc. and this info is only available on my computer0

I added my First Direct account to this EMM on 28th (2 days ago now), how long does it take for the £10 to be credited?
I have an "Egg Internet Savings" account with a £0.00 balance.
Whenever I log into EMM i still get the message
"Get £10 when you register for Egg Money Manager today"
Confusing!

i have registered too and it still keeps asking if i want to register, i guess its a bit of poor web coding on their part. come on egg you are suppose to be the online banking experts.... and your site only works fully using Internet Explorer.thanks to everyone who has thanked me!0

Took around 3 weeks for my tenner to appear. A email confirming I've received the cash came 1 week after it was credited. Before that there was no communication whatsoever.0

I used to use this great service but when I applied for my mortgage I was told by the bank that they would not be responsible for any on-line fraud. They advised me to delete my details held with the money manager which I have done since. It is a good idea but with security failures happening all the time I wouldn't take the chance.:rotfl:  _party_ :grouphug: Laughing all the way...:EasterBun :kisses3:0
