I have put the question re: Firefox to our IT team, and I await there response.

theres also an offer, for loans at the minute where if you take a loan between now and monday, the documents can be sent by courier, there are limitations though, and you have to be eligible? not sure on limitations or what the conditions are though.

As you know we constantly look at ways of improving our services and i'm sure this is being considered. I do have a meeting next week about Money Manager and will certainly ask the question.

I expect the answer will be the same boilerplate text that I got from them, which I posted here yesterday. Please don't just ask about Firefox, it's Opera as well and the other proper standards-compliant browsers out there. The problem is "it only works on IE", not "it doesn't work on <my browser>". There is a subtle but very important difference! Money Manager would need to be redesigned to not use ActiveX, which is a big job. Websites have got used to trotting out the easy "just use IE" excuse, and users have got used to accepting it lying down, so I can't see anything changing soon.

I too have always been cautious about these money trackers and have never signed up for one before. Thought it was worth it for £10.00 though as hey when do the banks every give you anything?! Only putting a small savings account on there that I'm not too worried about. Can always take if off again once I have the cash. lol
