Sort of. 'Subscribed'/registered, whatever they're calling it, to EMM last, erm, I forget but it was before October. They're talking to me, but not a lot else is happening:

Some time ago I registered for the Egg Money Manager to take advantage of the 10 pounds you were offering at the time. Looking over my records, I don't appear to be able to find any deposts matching this amount. Could you investigate please, and if I did receive this, could you tell me when and where it was deposited?

    Dear Paul

No need to worry, the ?10 isn't due to be credited as yet.

As you registered for Egg Money Manager in January 2006 and if you've added your first non-Egg account in the same month, the ?10 credit will be added onto your Egg account by the 28th February 2006.

The ?10 will appear on your statement and you'll be able to identify the reward by the entry name, which will be as follows:

    'EMM REWARD'

You can view your monthly statement by clicking on 'Egg Card Statement' underneath 'View', to the left of the screen you're now on. You can view previous statements by using the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Your statement will show you all kinds of information including your transactions and payment information.

    Thanks for your message.

    Regards

I registered *long* before January 2006. I don't have details to hand, but the account I added to the Money Manager (which was active from a few months at the time of addition) was subsequently closed last October. That means I've had Money Manager for at least 6 months.

    Dear Paul

Have you got any non-Egg organisations added on to Egg Money Manager now? If not, you can add one now and the ?10 will be credited by the 31st March 2006.

Please let me when you've done this and I'll make sure that the ?10 is credited to your account for you.

I added an IF account around September last year.

    Dear Paul

Thanks for telling us you added an IF account around September last year.

Can you please tell us if you have got any non-Egg organisations added on to Egg Money Manager with the balances visible right now? It looks like your previous account addition wasn't registered correctly.

If you don't, you'll need to add a new organisation and keep it there. Then, as long as you add an account to Money Manager during February, we'll credit your Egg account with the incentive by the end of March.

Well could you tell me why, if my IF account is still appearing on Money Manager, how it cannot have registered correctly?

    Dear Paul

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I've asked our Offer Team to look into this and see if the ?10 reward offer is suppose to be credited to your account or not. If it is, then we will make sure the ?10 is credited.

Thanks for your message and we'll contact you soon.

Having added 2 more accounts to EMM during February, I still appear not to have received the registration money 'at the end of March'. Could I have an update please?

    Dear Paul

Thanks for your continued patience. We're sorry to have kept you waiting so long.

Rather than risk keeping you waiting any longer, I've arranged for the amount to be applied to your Egg Money Account. I hope you'll be pleased to hear that as you've been waiting so long, we've increased the amount to ?15. You'll see this appear in the next 3-5 working days.

If there's anything else we can do for you, please let us know.

    Regards

Blimey Paul_Herring, you certainly had to work hard for your money! Extra £5 made it worthwhile though.
I took the plunge and added some accounts. Certainly very handy. Hopefully will get the money.

Ah, but therein lies the problem, it's working day 5 now, and still no sign of it.

From the title of the thread, it must have been £15 at some stage but definitely the current offer is just £10.

Well, it's gone midnight of 'working day' 5 and we're into day 6.

And it's still not there. I'll be a bit gracious about it, and wait through Friday, and send them a secure telegram/carrier pigeon on Monday if it's not appeared.

Well for anyone still interested in this, it's still going on. In circles:

Now I realise I'm being pessimistic about this, but I'm fairly certain that more than 5 working days have passed between the 12th and 25th of April even with Good Friday and Easter Monday in there, and there is still no sign of the ?15.

Could I have another update please? Or should I just give up asking about this? This has been going on for nearly 3 months now, and the amount of time I've spent chasing this up so far certainly doesn't appear to be worth ?15.

I note from various internet message boards that I'm not the only person to have trouble claiming this incentive money, but from what I've seen so far, I'm the only one to have waited anything like this long. Have others been more lucky than I or have they just given up?

An honest answer would be appreciated.

    Dear Paul

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I've chased this up with the Offer Team today and you'll be pleased to know that I will be arranging to credit the Egg Money Manager reward to your Egg Card account for you.

Please be aware that this will take three to five working days for the credit to show on your Egg Card.

Thanks for your message and if you've any other queries, contact me and I'll be more thanhappy to help you.

    You poor thing!
I just checked my bank account. My egg CC bill is going through for exactly £10 less than it should be so I presume that has got to be for using EMM. It's not showing on recent transactions within Egg yet though.
