Problems with Empresa Mail, a Bulgarian shipping service...

I had an email from EBay to say that they had investigated my complaint that milats2011 was a scammer. The result was that the NRI against my EBay history was removed, but I still lose out on having sent the item and PayPal (which is the same company as EBay) refunding buyer. milats2011 is now no longer a registered EBay user, but I guess the scamming continues under a new name.

Since EBay has accepted that milats2011 was a fraudster I contacted PayPal to seek to have my payment reinstated. (Dont forget that EBay and Paypal are actually owned by the same company) PayPal has refused to budge as it continues to hide behind trying to sell its seller protection insurance.

I have reported Empresa Mail to Trading Standards as I believe that they may well be complicit in these scams bearing in mind the amount of stuff that "goes missing" passing through their hands. They cannot keep quoting the "burnt out truck"!

I don't know what exactly business this company does certainly something not right is going on with them.

The company is registered on companiesintheuk, and the director is called MARIELA MONOVA.

I have posted an ebay item to the address of:

Nikolay Papanov
Empresa.mail 335-351 Rainham road south
Dagenham Essex
RM10 8QR
United Kingdom

3 weeks later, he/she filed case on ebay saying that the item has not been received, as i tracked on royal mail website, the item actually has been received and signed by a person called Monova. ( she is the director of Empresa.mail ) what an coincidence!!!

Now the case is still yet to closed, I'll definitely report to ebay about this member and hope ebay will understand that sellers need protection just as buyers do.

The seller's ebay account is 'skullsqadron', be aware or simply just block it if you can.

Make sure your tracking number proving delivery to the PayPal address is uploaded to PayPal immediately. It doesn't hurt to phone them and point out that yu have satisfied all the criteria for seller protection as well

Another storage unit to beware of which is also shipping to Bulgaria.
I have lost a case today but ebay.com appeared to be listening to my appeal, I'll have to wait and see if they refund me.

I sold a book and sent it to that buyer - not through eBay though. Thankfully that was a few weeks ago and it seems to be OK in my case at least.

She is still opening cases against ebay sellers on items she bought in December. I hope you sent it recorded,

No...but it wasn't valuable and I have my POP. As I say, it wasn't sold on eBay and not paid through Paypal, which is a small mercy but no news is good news!

I am suspicious of all these and PO boxes as ebay buyers ,I state I don't post and if they don't like it and leave negative well all I can say is my hard luck but I didn't lose £200.As far as this Empresa is concerned I would perhaps contemplate paying a visit if ripped off by them,failing that keep the con users name and postage details and then register for free items under that address and bombard them with it every day until Empresa refuse to send out to them mua ha ha ha plus Empresa may send the junkmail and expect payment lol.
