Problems with Empresa Mail, a Bulgarian shipping service...

I've just had a low value sale to there! The problem is that Empressa Mail do not appear on the Royal Mail database, just other companies at that address. So I'm thinking a Royal Mail claim might fail.0

Hi,
Being a true Ebayer for quite a long time, I use Empressa's services already for three years, they are pretty correct.
I confirm the problems they have recently - one trailer burned down to ashes in Germany, unfortunately I also had items in it. But all the clients will be refunded.
I have direct contact thru the forum so I'd try to help you. Just let me know exactly what to ask.
Not all Bulgarians are "scam" after all.
Tony,
If you are still here, I would be delighted to know if you have been refunded by the company, as some friends of mine are still waiting for a reimbursement for the items they lost in the fire.0 -
My friends, who lost a lot of goods in the fire, have been informed by Empresa that they will receive NO compensation, despite providing receipts for many of the goods sent. The company refuses to talk to them at all.
Any advice?0 -

I live in Bulgaria and I have used Empresa mail's shipping service for a long time. It is not the perfect company but I have no INR problems until now. They ship a cargo to 4 Bulgarian larger cities every week at very competitive prices (for me it's cheaper to get goods from UK to Bulgaria than from UK to UK by RM). If you have INR issues, the reason is the actual buyer (practically everyone can buy goods on eBay and use Empresa's address).
Yes, they have to improve their service - especially about tracking and user support.
I'm not related with Empresa in any way - I'm just a customer .
The problemis the do not answer letters, calls or emails and deny any knowledge of the company if you callinto the warehouse unanounced to get any sort of help.0 -
Amazing how someone in Bulgaria finds a UK money saving forum and joins to defend a company/service.
And have information about a truck catching fire. These fires must be a weekly issue judging by the number of complaints still coming in.
No news found about a truck fire though.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Your contract is to deliver to Empresa Mail only and not on to the customer, That is the responsibility of The mail forwarding company.0 -

Nothing wrong with being a tight git...lol. Ebayers need to be aware that they are contracted to deliver to Empresa mail only, if they can prove this then ebay should not be forcing members to refund monies for a forwarding service which is nothing to do with ebayers.0 -
