I usually use their website and forum, but I am a newbie and I am not allowed to post links, though I tried. This week I am going to their office in my town and I'll ask them what is going on. The empressa has no interest not to solve the problem because most of the clients are either afraid to make new purchases or the address is banned. If we can't buy, they have no business.

Being a true Ebayer for quite a long time, I use Empressa's services already for three years, they are pretty correct.
I confirm the problems they have recently - one trailer burned down to ashes in Germany, unfortunately I also had items in it. But all the clients will be refunded.
I have direct contact thru the forum so I'd try to help you. Just let me know exactly what to ask.
Not all Bulgarians are "scam" after all.

I would post them a receipt for the payment via Signed For post and tell them the bike is available for collection within a reasonable period after the sale...


To those complaining about the INR claims - if you didnt spend the 77p for signed for then thats your own fault.

I'm glad I've found this forum during my research for Empressa. Me and my husband have been Ebayers for the past nine years, so I understand your concerns and how you feel, when you try to honestly make business, which is interrupted in this negative way. We are also Bulgarians originally so if any questions regarding this part of the issues, or any inter cultural misunderstandings I would be glad to help. However the other reason I'm writing is that we have been using their services for a while and we have been happy and loyal clients. However, recently we have a situation with a missing parcel, containing our PC ( it had been send to Bulgaria for an upgrade). At the moment we are awaiting their decision of how will they recover our losses. We have also lost parcels in their burned bus in Germany. I'll keep in touch, guys, just to share how Empressa will deal with the situation and any negative, or hopefully, positive experiences with this company.

I too have had a recent bad expreience with Empresa Mail at Dagenham. I sold an item on Ebay on 28.4.12 and posted it to a Martina Nestova at Empresa Mail. On the 15th May I had a case opened against me for the item never been received. I had no prior contact from the buyer Mishelin18 and I never received a reply to my message. Of course Ebay sided with the buyer as I only had proof of postage. I think it stinks that both Ebay and Paypal are aware of this and do nothing about it, as long there profits are not affected they do not care. If nothing elese I have learnt a valuble lesson and I will never post anything unless it is recorded delivery :mad:

Cancel the sale and issue a full refund immediately when you see this address. They will claim item not received and get their refund by filing a claim through paypal or ebay. Delivery confirmation or any kind of tracking will never show item delivered to this address so you will 100% lose your item and money. They also claim item not as described then keep your item and return some junks in the box to you then get their money back. They use many different ebay user ids to buy on ebay. felishionist, milats2011, Mishelin18 are a few of them. All of them have private feedback profile. BEWARE!!!

I`m an ebay member since 2008.I`ve bought a lot of things.Maybe a year passed that I use empresa mail to deliver me thing from UK to Bulgaria.I don`t expect you to understand us why we buy a lot of things from uk ,but it is REALLY cheaper for us.
I just want to tell you that the problem that you have is really with some of the users that use this address but not all of them.Not the address is the problem.I have received everything i buy, yes i give feedback a little bit later,but all of my feedback is positive.
It`s a simple thing ,I just read ,ask and try to track my packages.Its an easy thing but a lot of people don`t do it.
If you are unsure about the address just make a signed for post as a delivery method and everything will be ok.Don`t accuse us for other peoples` mistake.
Empresa is not A person with a lot of users.It is a courier firm so please give us a chance to buy from UK.
The quality of the items there is a lot better,a lot cheaper and etc.

You appear to be suggesting that you and your fellow country men are fraudsters :eek:

there is no need to track a parcel to an honest person, the only time it is worth a seller paying for tracking (and as that is special delivery it is mega expensive) is if we have doubts about a buyer. So are you suggesting that we should be more cautious using this address rather than any other UK address?

I think that decides it for me, and should I get this address in future I will probably think twice about going ahead with the sale and maybe ask ebay for advice based on the fact that users of the address also believe it is unsafe.

so do you offer to pay the extra £5+ for special on all your parcels then, or do you expect the sender to stump that up as the address seems to attract more problems than other addresses?

It is not usual for sellers in the UK to use tracked services, our post is very expensive and no buyer would pay the extra.

If you read the auctions before you buy it will tell you the postage method. If you want tracked you should ask before you buy so that the service can be added on for you and charged for. If you don't want to buy from sellers that don't use tracking then avoid them.
