Problems with Empresa Mail, a Bulgarian shipping service...

    It is not usual for sellers in the UK to use tracked services, our post is very expensive and no buyer would pay the extra.
    Well for everyone it is the best way to be the cheapest post chosen.But if a seller asks me :"well your address is not sure i cannot send the package."and I really want the thing i bought ,i`ll probably choose to pay and extra £5+ and receive the item than having bought it from here.
    Why I wrote this : "It`s a simple thing ,I just read ,ask and try to track my packages.Its an easy
    thing but a lot of people don`t do it."
    Its because if someone had a problem with user using this address it is probably of something like this rather than the user is a scammer.
    This is just my opinion.
    My point is to give buyers different options.

    I suppose that only the sellers who have had bad experiences bother posting about Empresa - I started this thread because I was one of those sellers and I was frustrated with the company because they did not answer my emails or pick up the phone - they will get a bad reputation!
    My aim was not to tar all of Bulgaria with the same brush and I have also had some successful transactions with buyers who use Empresa.
    I suppose Empresa is useful for buying from sellers who will not ship to Bulgaria...
    I have not blocked Bulgaria on my Ebay settings and would rather items were bought directly from me!

    Yes thank you about this opinion.I`d also choose the things delivered to me here in Bulgaria but the problem is that a lot of ebay sellers don`t offer this.So I use a courier.

    You will have to refund, but as this address seems to be a problem I would certainly let ebay know. Maybe if enough people complain they will do something about it...OK, they probably won't, but worth an email.

  • Hi Just rung e-bay and they said not to refund they will look in to when she opens a dispute through e-bay or paypal...
    they also advised that this e-bayer user is under investigation !!!
    i know i'll proberly have to refund in the end !!!

    Sellers do not choose the address to send to, the buyer does.

  • I TOO HAVE BEEN CONNED BY THIS PERSON. SOLD A PAIR OF GIRLS SHOES ON 4 JUNE ON 12 JULY SHE REPORTED NOT RECEIVED. I ARGUED WITH EBAY THAT NO-ONE WOULD LEAVE IT 5 WEEKS BEFORE REPORTING NOT RECEIVED. THEY SIDED WITH HER AND REFUNDED.
    I HAVE JUST SPOKE TO A LADY ON THE PHONE AND TOLD THEM OF ALL THE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMING SHE SAID SHE WILL FILE A REPORT BUT CANT GET BACK TO ME PERSONALLY ON THE RESULTS.
    I THINK THAT ALL PEOPLES FEEDBACK SHOULD BE VISIBLE.:mad:
  • I live in Bulgaria and I have used Empresa mail's shipping service for a long time. It is not the perfect company but I have no INR problems until now. They ship a cargo to 4 Bulgarian larger cities every week at very competitive prices (for me it's cheaper to get goods from UK to Bulgaria than from UK to UK by RM). If you have INR issues, the reason is the actual buyer (practically everyone can buy goods on eBay and use Empresa's address).

    Yes, they have to improve their service - especially about tracking and user support.

    I'm not related with Empresa in any way - I'm just a customer :cool:.
