(((hugs)))) hannah I'm sorry your overdue and feeling rotten
thrush isn't fun at the best of times let alone when expecting to pop.. Here's hoping the dr's take your word for it and give you the pessary. xx

Thanks Emsbet, yes I had thrush back in February and it got so bad and wasnt diagnosed by Dr so led me to bleed and ended up in hospital. Also had it once more since then and after arguing with the pharamacist in Boots I managed to buy some Canestan over the counter. I'm sure that it has returned again. Hate waiting for phone calls, I know they will forget about me, it's a new Dr's as well and I've never been before so not entirely sure what they are like. Receptionist did say to phone back at lunchtime if I hadnt heard anything, so will give them till 12.
I just really want it cleared up because I dont want to pass it onto baby. But I still have 5 days of antibiotics to take so not sure if it will come back whilst I am still taking the antibiotics, will have to remember to ask Doctor

Anyone else's pets being weird. Bagheera (cat) doesn't generally come near me but the last couple of weeks he has become so clingy. Currently sat on my lap guarding. (he's not a lap cat)
Phone call went ok, doesn't look like i will be entitled to smp but might get ma. They will get back to me with regards to holiday etc. Bit worried because I haven't really looked into anything and now wondering how we will survive financially.
There's some information here regarding getting pregnant during mat leave that might be helpful.

Thanks Emsbet,
I have looked previously and my friend who works in HR has looked at it seems I can get SMP so will leave it for the time being. I just told them on the phone so can't expect them to have all the correct details in their head. Will see what the email states next week.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500

Good luck today Sexymouse for scan
(((hugs))) Hannah hope your doctor gives you the prescription, if it's available over the counter, could you ask someone to go in and buy it for you (friend/relative?). I know it might be a little embarrassing but maybe worth a try? Will also keep everything crossed for things kicking off for you soon
Kitten I have 3 cats and one of them has been resolutely guarding me for months now, he is driving me madHe follows me everywhere... even when I go to the toilet, he sits outside the door waiting for me. The other two haven't seemed overly different but in the last few weeks they have taken to sleeping on the sofa next to me when I am watching TV which they don't normally do... It's very odd but they do say cats have a sixth sense and all that
Congrats on team blue Millie :T0 -
I wish my cats would get a sixth sense about it and stop trying to make my bump their new comfy cushion !
Having said that my little shadow has gone from loving me only to sitting on his daddy's lap whilst throwing me filthy looks so perhaps they do know :rotfl:Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0 -
Mine even sits between my legs when I am on the toilet, if I lock him out he paws at the door to get in while meowing. He wasn't this bad when I was pregnant last time.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500
