Hope midwife can sort us both out tomorrow rj!

Are you planning on doing a tour of uhw unit? My husband has to be away for a month as part of his course so I'm trying to find out what week you can go to heath hospital on tour and I'm sure I saw it on the website before but now, can't find it anywhere!

cant figure out your autocorrect for got so Sam?! hope you're feeling better now though!

doing a day in an office today at my old job made me feel a lot more tired and achy than my placement has and thats leaping around teaching so i dunno how stressful its going to be once i do some more shifts with them til baby comes but we really do need the money, yuck!

ooh triangle I am jealous of you finishing work! Glad you had a lovely day :) Not long for me now though either, my last day is next Thursday, but I'm out of the office Tuesday and Wed pm, so not much work to actually do...! :D

Physio was ok, she said I've def got SPD as opposed to dodgy hips. Gave me a big tubigrip which feels quite nice, plus a big velcro girdle which feels a bit uncomfortable. Also have got two wrist splints for my carpal tunnel syndrome...I'm being held together!

Went to Primark and Boots after physio, and bought a nightie and big pants etc for my hospital bag. The nightie is actually really nice, it's like a big cotton shirt, with buttons right down the front. Not a dark colour though....! Bought some black harem pants, which I wouldn't be caught dead wearing normally, but they look so comfy and airy around the "crucial region"...! ;) So thought they'd be nice to wear afterwards with a PJ vest top or whatever.

Tens machine arrived but has no instructions...will have to look online, as it's not particularly obvious...

    BB x
