Lovecrafting, go careful! I know its hard with 3 kids already, but dont lift heavy stuff!! (lecture over ;) ) Hope u feel better soon, take it easy for a few days xx
Re the breastfeeding, I didnt any of mine and they r all fine, top of the class for DD1 in all subjects and DD2 is a maths genius (even tho her reading is nowhere near where it should be!) I`m more open to trying this time, but DH cant get his head around it. It really seems to be a prob for him. He is fine with other women doing it etc, but when i say i`m thinking about it, he says no way! Altho he also knows he has a cats chance in hell of telling me what to do haha! This midwife, and even the consultant at the hosp tho are very very pro it, i think they are told to push it as much as poss now tho.
Been to Boots, not alot left :( Off to toddler group now tho :)
Baby was head down, back to back yesterday. Midwife seemed to think he was slighty to the side, however today, its all bum at the front, right under my ribs and i cant bend over for toffee lol! xx
    Mummy to 3 beautiful GIRLS, 9, 7 and 3, :D and a handsome lil BOY 03.03.12 :T
  • I too am unsure about BF - I think I want to give it a go, but also don't want to feel stressed, after such a long time trying for a baby I want it to be as magical as possible, and don't want the pressure if it isn't necessary. I will however be making it very clear how I feel and they will get a short sharp reply if they try to put pressure on! lol

Kelda, I figured out the coupon printing problem - talk to the guy in IT that I am about to order a new company car for and make him help me - result = 1 coupon!!! xx

I don't think I need to, it was a tiny amount. :( sadly. Imagine we ended up date buddies again :p

Think I'm just getting my hopes up to be honest. Still a bit early..

Gilly, you have to have your baby after me, no que jumping! Toniq is unfairly getting her doctor to let her push in ;)

DTD, condoms again for us, I just like the cleaner feeling. DH will be getting the snip ASAP, then after the 6 month wait, I think he will be keen for au natural, me not so much.
:ANeeding to save all the money, lots of MSE learning still to do

Ooh Gilly, wonder what that means? I've just started to read beyond where I'm at in my pregnancy in my 'what to expect' book just incase things happen earlier than expected I want to be a little bit prepared!

Just popping on in my lunchbreak, been looking at changing bags but I think I want to see them in person not just online! It's nice to have somewhere like this to escape from the madness and stress that is work at the moment, but I'm keeping my cool for LO :)

Wouldn't worry Carmilla, doesn't seem to have come to anything, although I am bouncing about on my ball like a mad woman :o I think I'll end up being over due, being honest. Look how many false starts Kira had :(

Not sure Amy, probably nothing :(

ohh a nice new thread yay.

    congratulations Ro.

we went to collect a fish tank last night before we went to dog training, didnt realise how heavy it would be, boy am i feeling it today.

re nappies, our asda have none of the starter packs in stock, they seem to magicly dissapear when baby events are on until they finnish. i wont be using huggies anyway because i found with the other kids that there little bums didnt work well with huggies they just kept getting nappy rash.

some woman on this morning is talking about breastfeeding and how you shouldnt feel guilty if you dont feed.

We have 3 fishtanks (yes, 3: 60l, 180l and 480l - the middle one is to go, as the big one was bought as a new replacement for our newly decorated living room last summer). And I wouldn't attempt lifting either of them of my own - the 180l one has to be completely emptied of everthing, including the gravel for us to lift it, and the 480l one we jsut managed to move to. We actually hired a 'man with the van' to get is picked up from the shop and help us move it intothe room, as there was no way I could have helped OH to move it!

I would love to breastfeed - I know, it would be very hard with the two at once, and my mum wasn't able to breastfeed me, she didn't have enough milk. Also, it is from MSE point of view - I am scared to even think of how much we would have to spend on formula with two of them!!!! And just because of that, we probably will. Sods law!

That's the main reason I want to breastfeed Gin, the cost of formula is ridiculous for what it is. Talking £40 a month for us probably, which to me seems insane if I can feed for nothing, plus I'm also a lazy moo, and the thought of sterilising and rinsing, and putting together bottles constantly doesn't thrill me :o

Glad to hear I am not the only one!!!! And for us - multiply that by 2, so we are talking about £80 a month!!!!!!!
