Whilst we're all talking about clothes etc, has anyone found any really comfy maternity bras? I went to House of Fraser for my fitting yesterday, and she said I'm still measuring a 36C, so it must be the cut of the M&S bras I bought that is the problem. She only had one non-wired bra in stock, which was a completely sticky and synthetic Triumph one, and at £24, I decided I'd leave it, as it's not even a proper maternity bra.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Labour vibes to the boldies, a mars bar sounds better than pineapple for bringing on labour :-)
SM I'm still on normal underwired bras, so I'm afraid I'm no help. Someone a while back mentioned a mothercare brand (I think) that were a bit expensive but really comfy.

Ok daft question of the day, just chopping up the Huggies vouchers and there's some in Euros. I'm guessing shops won't accept them here, but does anyone know for sure? if not is there anyone in Ireland or other euro using country that could use them?

I got a couple of nice maternity bras from m&s but did have to try lots on to something I was happy with. Cuts and styles seem to vary so much even in the same brand.

I'm still here and pretty much resigned to being induced on Monday. I don't mind so much now, I just want to meet our (stubborn!) little baby.

Im still hoping for a natural appearance but not looking likely now. My mum is on her way on the train so she will be having words with bump!

Happy due date Amymoo and Jennynoo. Hope your bubbas come along very soon :)

I'm still on normal underwired ones... I'm nearly 25 wk...I was 34/36g pre-pregnancy and got a debenhams maternity wireless one at about 8wk ... Soon out grew that as they only go to a g cup.
Been in H cup debenhams underwired ones since
Big cup sizes are sooo expensive I'm gonna save for a decent nursing bra nearer due date.... If any bigger boobed ladies have any suggestions they would be very much appreciated!

maternity clothes - i have found trousers hard. i brought a pair of combats from mothercare at a 14 (i am usually a 12) as they felt more comfortable but if i am walking in them for a while they rub my legs. i brought a pair of blooming marvilous jeans off ebay in my normal size, they fit but have to wear OH belt as they fall down. brought a pair of size 12 mat jeans from H& M off ebay and couldnt even get them up my legs! i have more of less given up with trousers apart from jogging bottoms.

peacocks are selling off some of their mat wear - jeans and a few tops

i brought a regular pair of jogging bottoms to lounge around in, for sale at £10 in peacocks

wilkinsons - was in there today they have 2 x 100 packs of organic cotton wool balls for £2.20 and huggies pure wipes for £1

i am planning on using reusable nappies but really dont know what ones to go for.

I have hotmilk nursing bras and they're really comfy. I got one in debenhams sale and one from the figleaves outlet on ebay as they're not cheap! Some places now sell underwired nursing bras but I asked our specialist breastfeeding midwife about them and she said they should be avoided.

I wore my normal underwired 34G for quite a while and then I bought two triumph non wired ones. I found them a waste of money. Not only were they hideous in appearance, they felt sort of scratchy and within a week or two I felt them too tight across my back as I clearly grew beyond the amount they could stretch! As soon as I got home in the evening the bra was removed and flung into the furthest corner of the room! I suppose they weren't maternity bras.

For the past few weeks I have been wearing M&S nursing bras, I got a two pack - one black and one white. They are really really comfortable. I bought them in 38G and they fit me great. Hopefully I won't grow any more in the next few weeks!

I am still searching for the perfect maternity bra. I was a 34G pre-pregnancy. Went to Bravissimo for a fitting and came out with two different non-wired bra's in size 36HH!!! The girl that did the fitting said there was no point in buying any smaller a cup size than that because I'd end up keep going back for bigger sizes as my size increased. Unfortunately, whilst both bra's looked great when I tried them on in the shop I haven't got on with them at all. The thing I find with non-wired is that my boobs end up all squashed together in the middle and apart from looking really weird (TMI alert) I seem to have a bit of a problem with sweating - yuk. I ended up going back to underwired however they are now starting to kill me so I am going to have to get something else.

Thanks ladies for the bra suggestions... I've had my eye in the Hot milk ones as they at least look attractive... Just hoping I don't get any bigger in cup size as I don't think they go up above a h cup.
I've also heard recommendations for the Elomi smooth cup nursing bra and someone had recommended an Anita one.. Not sure how big they go though... Might be better with a hammock lol!
