The linear freeway is a nightmare to manouvre Emsbet, I had a go of someone elses and it was so heavy and bulky. I think you said you don't drive? I used it on the bus and it was a awful.

First one is absolutely gorgeous. I'd go try loads out, push them about etc. I don't think mine looks like a "proper" pram but it does have the carry cot etc so it can be made to look it and although expensive I'm sooo glad we got it, it's so easy to move about and I love it so much I know I won't want another for number 2...
Yea thats why we opted for the silver cross surf in the end. I did like the 3d and other one but the double wheels made it far too heavy for me. I'm 5ft 2 and use buses a lot so not practical for me at all. Only way we could justify it was to ebay it!!

Feeling better here today. Still stiff but no sharp jabs yet. Need to get and walk around a bit today if I can. Will try and go to NCT sale tomorrow morning if I can and fight for the bits :rotfl:

my bestie had her partner stay with her but thats because hospitals give her major anxiety, her midwife sorted it all out prior to the birth and they were given what the ward called the 'family room'. i think really its for multiples, but as we are rural enough, multiples arent the daily norm!

Oh no, what are his bad hours? I cannot put Maisie down a lot - she is asleep now though, and OH's mum has just come for Finley so I am having half hour chill before getting that breast pump out and milking the cow hahaha.

Hope your getting some sleep x

He is normally up between about 2am and 5am and just squawks the place down.
In the day unless he is being fed, held or asleep he just constantly fusses and whinged. It's very hard going at the moment.
Im not bf so I've changed his milk and started on the Infacol. Have got Colief aswell but haven't used that yet.
Poor Maisie, not nice to watch is it.

    Hi Guys

Just a quick update to let you know that my baby girls were both born 21st April at 5.55am and 5.56am by emergency c-section. I had got to 5cm dilated naturally before twin 2 got into distress then it was all systems go for csec. Twin 1 was 5lb 10oz and twin two was 5lb 2. No names as yet as OH and I are still [STRIKE]arguing [/STRIKE]negotiating.

Both babies are doing brilliantly but i'm the one with a few issues to sort. Finally got discharged from hospital last night and I'm soo glad we are home.

I would do it all again in a heartbeat. :D
  • Fantastic news!!! Congratulations to you and OH. Hope you're recovering well now you're home. Xxxxx
