Haven't had a chance to read back at all but will do at some point in the next few days. Until then just know I havent forgot about you.
Tristan Leonard was born on the 11th April at 1505 after a long labour weighing 8lb 7. He is absolutely perfect and a little bundle of squishy gooeyness. We are still in hospital at the moment but hope to be out within the next few days.

So the reason I am awake at stupid a clock, not heartburn, not the need to pee nor OH snoring but at 11.30pm my waters broke hospital asked me to come in and now have sent us home till 8.00am OH is in a blind panic and I am empting the washing.machine and doing the dishes so its all organised for when we come home.

Welcome to all of the people who have joined the thread in the last couple of days. There seems to have been quite a few of you, so apologies for not mentioning individual names.

littlemissmoneysaver I was told by my doctor to avoid tea, as the tannins in it stop you absorbing iron from your food (as a vegetarian, it's easy to become anaemic if I'm not careful with my diet). She told me that if I can't do without tea (luckily I've completely gone off it since being pregnant anyway), to not have it close to meals.

Crappy sleep for me as usual, hurts my hips and pelvis too much, no matter what I do. Don't think I was built to carry an extra 3 stone!! Still, only 5 more nights to get through (i dread going to bed at the moment :0( )

Got my waxing appointment in a bit, think I better just get my legs done as lots of people have said you aren't supposed to do your bikini line before a c section because of the increased risk of infection.
