Thanks lovecrafting, good to hear from someone who has experienced introducing dogs and babies! He's a lovely dog, and is luckily very food orientated and not the slightest bit interested in toys or chewing things so we know he'll be good and won't bother with LO's toys and things (although obviously they'll not be left alone together!) I had a look at those kongs, we looked into them years ago when we first got him but I didn't know they came in different sizes, I just remember the large ones being huge, will get a small one to try him with, your advice is much appreciated
Anyone else wishing the time away? I'm 28 weeks now, can't wait to meet LO although I keep telling her she needs to stay with me for a lot longer yet! I think it's knowing I only have a finite amount to do at work that is making it difficult to stay focused, plus in my spare time all I do is watch OBEM, call the midwife, maternity ward so it's just babies babies babies on repeat in my head!0 -
*waves hands* I`ll have the labour vibes if u will please
For so many reasons, today would be an amazing date for us to have baby. Would mean alot to DH family anyway. Will try to explain.....Dh Bro that died in Oct, his birthday was 02/07. Today is 07/02
Today is also 4th round FA cup match with our home team (Saints!) Its our 4th baby, BIL ashes are at the Saints football ground. Also, I went into labour with DD2 at BIL house whilst watching a huge match with Pompey 7 yrs ago last week lol. Soooo, would just be lots of things today that would be good for baby to make an appearance. I`m just not stupid enough to think it will!!!
Fairy Non Bio, we use it as DH and DD3 both have Urtecaria, so very sensitive skin, cant use alot else for more than a few washes
Colds r rotten when ur pregnant, the coughing stage is nasty when ur near the end. Everytime i cough or sneeze atm i think i`m going to wet myself
Glad u had a good weekend LovecraftingAlso glad u got a car, and managed to get it fixed, well done!
We have a focus atm, its ok, electrics have been a !!!!!! for us tho tbh. Its first MOT is thurs, then it goes back to the dealers on 13th March and we get our Vauxhall ZafiraNot huge in terms of space, but will have to do! xx

Yeh DH and his bro and sis were brought up in Shirley Warren lol, just the rd next to the Princess Anne actually! BIL was living in Wales the last 3 yrs tho. All of the rest of both of our families are still down there
Can u get the 3 car seats in the back of ur clio?! We have just taken DD1 out of her booster seat as she is 140cm now. Think its 136cm to not need one?? Altho i`m sure the law does state if u cant fit 3 in the back then the eldest child can go without a seat. We had a Fiesta when we had just 2 kids, that was hard work, could only have a stroller not a pram!! We are lucky (or not so lucky depending on how u look at it) DH is entitled to a Motability car, and just sheer good timing means the lease on the ford is up on 13th March. Altho the Advanced payments of Fords are really high compared to other makes of cars, hence us going over to Vauhall (they r cheap haha!) xxMummy to 3 beautiful GIRLS, 9, 7 and 3,and a handsome lil BOY 03.03.12 :T

im sure i have read somewhere to that the eldest can sit in the middle seat without a booster, both my boys are on boosters still and there is no way we could also fit a baby seat in the back too. luckily the clio has a proper seat belt that doesnt just go across your lap but over your shoulder too so ds1 will still be safe, i still want a bigger car though!!

I'm in 2 minds about the sweep. I find smear tests agonising, really painful. So I can imagine this would be the same.
Oh well, I've got till Thursday to decide. The way I feel his movements now, It's like he's running out of room!
I'm watching my usual, ER! Annoyingly, my 3 kitties have decided its time to play and Chase each other around the house!
on the subject of dealing with our furry friends.... Mozzy.. how have you got your kitties ready for baby arriving?
My cat IS my baby at the moment.. and I want to make sure he doesn't feel left out.. he sleeps at the end of our bed at the moment.. and is always jumping on my knee when its free.. that's getting harder and harder now though!!
He has full run of the house apart from 2 of our bedroms (one of which is going to be the Nursery so that's good).
I've heard of setting up the cot/crib/moses basket and putting balloons &/or tin foil in it so he doesn't want to sleep in there but apart from that I've not heard much more.0
