Sammie That was my issue with the huggies too
From memory though, they were fine until he was about a year or so old, just after that I switched over to Pampers as they seemed to 'hold more' IFSWIM
Happydays You must be close then, my DS is at school in Bredbury - he's 7 this month - can't believe where the time has gone0 -

re: tumble dryers.
our last one died just before Christmas and I got our handy tumble dryer repair man out that my family have used for years. He said it wasn't worth repairing the one I had and recommended the Whight Knight make as the best on the market and gave me a website where he gets all his tumble dryers from as they sell at the best prices 99% of the time.
http://www.electrical123.com/
He recommended a White Knight 44AW as it spins anti clockwise which helps reduce the tangling of clothes etc up within each other.
We had to wait a few weeks until they had more of that tumble dryer in stock but it was delivered the next day (and no extra delivery charges) after we ordered it and its been great. It was £153.0 -
We got washer and tumble drier in one. Ok, it might not be as perfect and stand alone tumble driers, but it dies try the clothes, and saves us space, as even though we have a decent sized kitchen, we wouldn't have space for a separate one. Also, it means I don't need to take out the washing from one machine to another to dry them! I often will run tumble drier at the end of the washing for about an hour, so the clothes are not completely dry yet, but it takes a lot of water out, and then hang them out - helps with ironing as well!!!!
You ladies are scaring me with the nappies - I have so many huggies stocked up, and only one box of pampers. I ended up right now on mysupermarket looking where the best deals for pampers are!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

oh no sorry ginvzt!!
my brother has never used anything but huggies on his 4 month old and he thinks they are amazing so dont worry. my boys are 8 and 5 so it has been a long time since they were in nappies so they have probably greatly improved.

its just down to prefrence with the nappies to be honest, some people swear by huggies and never use pampers, i find pampers better for my kids because there skin was so sensitive. altho my youngest is now four and huggies could have changed alot since then, one thing i definatley dont like is huggies wipes. i find them hard to get out of the pack and they feel horrible on my hands, but i have super sensitive skin it bleeds when i use certain products like fairy washing up liquid. or bold washing powder. one thing i have found with pampers is if you get any faulty ones like the tab comming off, send them back and they send you a voucher for a new pack. i havent found that with huggies, even tho they are both made by proctor and gamble (or used to be anyway)0

Jovi - so you are another one with a bigger age gap between your kids then. My son is now 11 so it really does feel like starting all over again!!DS1 born June 2000

Right, I better stop stocking up on the wipes then - I already have about 40+ packs, I think... Need to get some diferent ones, but want to get the best deals possible...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
