I'm too damn hot!! I feel all puffy but don't look too puffy but this week I have had to go up a glove size in clinic as my hand apparently think they are swollen. They feel weird and puffy but don't look huge. Anyway I'm vey uncomfortable and warm.

Thought I had hit jackpot today. Woke up after sleeping like a log last night. Went to Uni. Between patients cancels log as not turning up I got sent home at eleven. Was starving so had some lunch put a wash in and thought I'll have a quick nap before I get down to serious organizing and tidying. Four hours later luckily my normal alarm telling me to pick dd up from nursery went off. And I'm still tired and sweaty lol.

Is it just te anaemia making me so tired or is it down to being 34 weeks pregnant and huge?
love you lots like jelly tots :o

i know littlemoog. its hard. this is a new role for me (since August last year) and its quite different and challenging. I am not sure but will have to discuss it with DH as we could survive on his pay, thanks to him. i am unsure still... i need my own money. lol. i see my brother and his wife struggle with childcare etc and both of themhave to work and she hates it. i guess the grass is greener issue here!!!

hugs rjh, it could be because your anaemic? try and have a rest if you can. xx

It is amazing how much you can save without thinking about it. My wage has gone down by £1200 a month and I was barely getting by but once you have to it is surprising how much you spend without realising.

It's always true that you spend within your means! Although I try to be careful and I do save well, I know that i still waste a lot of money (well, not as much since I found out I was pregnant!) I am already looking at diff means of employement, something that i could do from home or do part time. But I'm in the same boat as LittleMoog that I have worked hard to get where I am and it;s a v. good job to just walk away from. I always thought that i would be a SAHM - at least until they went to school - but circumstances being what they are, I just don't know!

Rups will defr post the details later hun, then I'll race you to find the best MSE price for it on the web! Lol. I've already been looking at frugal websites and I am def going to give soapnuts a try as I like the sound of them (both the lack of chemicals and the cost saving!)

Just won an auction on ebay too for a bumper lot of Little Lamb nappies, liners and boosters - all brand new! Was going to wait for the sale via facebook tomorrow, but I know that I have got this lot at a really good price and that I would have spent at least £80 more on the exact same stuff on LL website (even at sale prices!) really chuffed, it has made my day!

Off to pick OH up and then home for dinner and then bed, I am shattered today.

Hugs LMM, hope you feel better soon.

i work for the NHS so get a good maternity pay deal. i plan to stay off for 11 months might increase this to 12 months depending how money is going. i will definately be going back to work i am thinking 3 days a week as a secretary but also have my nutritional therapy business to work on, thats what i am really passionate about. we could never survive on OH salary he earns less than me.

re when to go on mat leave, i start mine at 38 weeks weeks but i have made sure the last few weeks were part time to make it more manageable. i am waking every 2 hours at night so tiredness is my main problem. i have just a 3 day week next week then i am off:) hope baby doesnt come too soon and i actually get some mat leave.

its my birthday tomorrow and i was spoilt at work today. especially pleased with a baby changing bag which one of the doctors brought me, its great.

off to get something to eat as starving!!

    Happy Birthday for tomorrow Laura.

I would leave it until tomorrow but baby brain means I will forget in minutes.

Enjoy yourself. Do you have a picture of the changing bag?

Moneypenny not sure but I think vitamin A is in lots of things that we consume however there is much more in Liver and obviously vitamins so these are to be avoided so we don't get too much.
