Morning all, how are you all?

OMG long posts... just caught up!:)

Gemma –so sorry to hear that regarding your mum. Like it was mentioned here, if you want to wear make up do so. I suggest maybe also having a little chat with your mum esp if she upsets you all the time. just tell her its not healthy for you. L

Congratulations on your scan LittleMoog! :0)

Turtlemoose, Reuben is gorgeous. Love the picture where he is lying on the side looking so cute.

Aida, my mum gets a few new born nappies at work as she works in the maternity department in her local hospital, but she was told to hand them out only when the baby is born as they have an expiry date. L so I thought at least can get a few nappies off her when my little one is born. J

Rjh we had a chat about names and already like everything else, we got arguing… I would like an anglo-indian name and he keeps coming up with Biblical names and also Italian names, bearing in mind neither of are Italian! Grrr

Belated happy birthday sexymuose. Shame about the experience at slug and lettuce. You should complain for sure!

Twinklie hope you are feeling better today

Fluff, good luck this afternoon. Let us know how it goes.

Right got a meeting with the HR woman now. J

Clarissa what a coincidence! I think the new washing machine will be a godsend. We have a 7k drum at the moment I think, new one is 8k. Just a machine which drains and spins properly will be great!

RJH We've been struggling with names from the beginning. We keep coming back to the same 2 names, both are pretty standard names really. I think my husband prefers one name more than me whereas I'm keener on the other. Either way we'll probably have a Welsh middle name as my husband is Welsh. We thought initially that knowing the sex of the baby would help narrow down the names but it hasn't at all! Or maybe we just have no imagination. Either that or too picky.

Good luck Fluff with the sweep, hope it does the trick and baby comes soon x

Midwife's just phoned. I'm going in for a sweep at half two this afternoon. Exciting! Any top tips? Shall I dose up with a couple of paracetamol first? It can be a bit painful, can't it?

make sure you keep taking steady deep breaths in and out, if you hold your breath your muscles cramp up and it will hurt more. (dont pant though as you will pass out ;))

dizsiebubba, names like Amelia, Amelio, Sofia, Elisa, Maya (which I like - as my niece is named that). he came up with more but i was too annoyed by then. what am i like? last night he was play fighting with me and ended up hurting me slightly and it ended with us not speaking to each other at bed time. humph!

so muggy in the office and i still feel the nausea/weird feeling in mouth. :(

RJH - We too have the name problem... with girls we agreed on 2 names so only had those to choose from on the day (we had a set middle name) but with boys there is only a couple names we both like but neither of us think those are the one...I love really italian sounding names that are not at all fashionable so very unique and he likes the anglo-italian names that people who are 100% english would use and as such are quite common...e.g in the top 20 names which I definitely do not want X

How awful for her ikkle - I really hope the new lung tissue grows through healthy. Keeping everything crossed for her.
