((hugs)) for the !!!!!! friend and sore boobs ikkle!
I've discovered it's mostly my right boob leaking at the moment, it's quite a bit so I will have to walk down to the shops in the rain and get some breast pads later and also some sort of bra/crop top to sleep in.

Morning ladies (and whowants2brich!)
Cheetara my lovely, you have managed to sneak in there before me! Wishing you all the luck and love for Sunday, hope you manage to get as prepared as possible! You definately haven't 'caused' anything so try not to worry. Will be thinking of you xx
Sexymouse, good luck at midiwft appoirntment today and welcome to missbunburyOh and a massive :j:j for leaky boobs Emsbet! Bizzarely I have only had a leaky right one too - for the past 7 or so weeks!
Hope everyone is well. I have a hair appoitnment this morning - a treat as I'm not sure when I will be able to go again! This was the closest I dare go to my EDD - two weeks  - and I'm hoping it will hold its shape and colour for a good few months. Then it's off to the hospital maternity assessment unit for ECG (have I used right initals?) and BP testing but after yesterday's normal readings, I am feeling much more relaxed about it.
Take care all xx
Oh and happy due date MrsManda!MFW!

Dizsie - I believe that the name is pronounced similar to Ava....or possibly Eva.

In that case I love it! Ava is my top girls name xxxfluffnutter wrote: »When I had my wisdom teeth out, I went straight down the pub afterwards and got pssed and smoked loads of fags. As a result I ended up with dry sockets and an infection in the jawbone. Now that hurts.
When they say 'don't drink or smoke - it will affect your healing' they mean it.
I done exactly the same after having a tooth out before christmas and all christmas i was miserable because i couldnt eat any nice dinnersIs it wrong that I'm excited by the fact that my boobs have started leaking?

Aaahhhh, LMM, I can alwasy rely on you to give me support and cheer me up! Thanks hun! Yep, realised that we are right next to each other on the list - would be really funny if we ended up having ours on the same day!
Welcome Missbunbury and congratulations to Teerah!
Savage, as others have said it's your choice but I wouldn;t be doing a 24 hour train journey at that stage of my pregnancy! I thnk it will be very tiring and uncomfortable. My boss wants me to fly to Glasgow next Friday for a meeting and I'll be 27 weeks then - even though the flights only about an hour or so I'm not looking forward to this! lol.
Cheetarah best of luck to you for Sunday, mummy cuddles coming your way soon!
Ikkle I know exactly how you feel, think I have said on here before that i feel let down by some of my friends. It's not that I expect them to put their lives on hold for me but a bit of consideration would be nice! I ran a club for the last two years (nothing dodgy, just don't want to put details in case someone ends up recognising me!) and I stood down at the end of last year cos I felt I was being taken for granted. As it turns out, it was a good move cos with LO on the way I couldn't have continued, but one of my closest friends ended up sending an email out to everyone in this club a few weeks ago saying that we have not had a night out in ages and it would be great if we could all get together to catch up. So what did she suggest doing? Getting a coach to the nearest city, going for a bite to eat and then drinking and dancing until the early hours of the morning! I coudn't help but think that if she had really wanted everyone to catch up that she would have done something a bit more accesible for all! It really upset me at the time so big hugs to you, I know how you feel.
Had a really good cry - twice! - last night and OH was very good and supportive. Think the hormones are playing up big time, but glad it is Friday and looking forward to the weekend! Going to see a couple of (true!) friends who are great at cheering me up and keeping me sane and then OH and I are tackling the house and getting it sorted! Might even squeeze in a trip to the flicks although I am going to have to walk straight past the pick-n-mix if we do go cos last time I had a massive bag of chocolates and felt very guilty afterwards!
Hugs to all! x0 -

Well I think mines just the right one at the moment too but it's leaking good and proper. Had to change my top at 4am this morning as it has a huge crusty patch - lovely!
Good luck today.
Happy due date mrsmanda, I'll do the list in a minute.dizsiebubba wrote: »

Forgot to say, re maternity pay - I have three weeks of leave to use before end of Feb next year and as I am planning on taking six months off (at least!) I spoke to my employer about the best way to use my leave up. Planning to work until the end of August, so I would have two weeks leave before my due date and then an extra weeks leave before maternity kicks in. They didn't mention anything about SMP kicking in as soon as the baby is born so maybe I had better check that out with them. We also get a full week's hols over Christmas so i asked them to confirm how that will be paid to me as well - they haven't got back to me on that one! Must chase them up......
Emsbet congrats on the leaky boobs (I think!) I can't say that I have experienced this as yet, is that another thing that i can look forward to! Lol0 -
I've seen it before and loved it. OH is so far refusing to let me dress LO up in amusing outfits but I have seen this which I think is technically just a stripy outfit and hat:

I was at the flicks once with my mate who'd bought a big bag of pic 'n' mix. Unbeknownst to me he whittled a hole in the bottom of the bag and popped his willy through. He then whispered would I like some, I reached over, inserted my hand and grabbed the tip of his peen."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

I think it's required that you dress your baby up in funny outfits!I'm going to dress my boy up before he's old enough to object!
